Vince lowered his gun, though he was still unsure about this guy.
"Han, this is Jesse, Leon, Letty and Mia. And the one that just tried to kill you, that's Vince," Dom said as he motioned towards each team member. "Everyone, this is Han."
"Hey," Han said to everyone casually. He looked over at Vince. "That's a pretty big gun you got there."
Vince just gruffed and walked away.
"Okay, Jesse, Leon, what did you find out," Dom said, walking over to the computers.
"Dom, we got everything," Leon said. Jesse walked over to Han. They were exchanging small talk about Jerrod.
"Show me something I can use," Dom said, looking at the computers.
The team began to gather around. "So here's the layout of the area," Leon said, showing what was similar to a blueprint.
"Dude, that's not a building. That's a compound," Letty said.
"Well, not really," Jesse said, taking his place back at the computer. "See these two round buildings on the left. They are almost like silos."
"Yeah, but they seem a lot wider than a regular silo," Mia stated.
"Well, those buildings only hold their product."
"Product?" Han asked.
"Yeah, drugs…you know….whatever," Jesse said, trying to explain everything.
"We can't hit all of those buildings," Brian said.
"That's the thing, we don't have to," Leon chimed in. "See if we go when they are exporting, these two buildings are going to be empty." He pointed to the two silo looking buildings. "And this building," he pointed to a larger square building at the back of the compound, "only houses the marked tankers that they use to move the product down to the docks."
"Okay, so that still leaves that one," Letty pointed to a building at the front left.
"Right, well that's the one we're going to have to deal with," Leon said.
"See the day the shipment goes out, there aren't any guards at the other buildings. They are completely empty. But because the money has just come in, there is extra detail at this main building," Jesse explained.
"So the one we are going to is going to be full of guards," Han said skeptically.
"Hey, nobody said you have to do this," Vince told him angrily.
"Nah, it's cool. I was just checking."
"Okay, so there are three entrances on the ground floor. Here, here, and here," Jesse said pointing to three doors right at the front of the building.
"Why would all the entrances be so close?" Mia asked.
"Less guards to pay. See we are assuming that these guards just stand across the bottom floor, spread out to protect the three entrances. Having all the entrances close together, less guards they have to pay."
"Well, this guy is just a dick all around," Brian commented.
"Wait, wait," Mia said. "You assume?"
"Well…the blueprint doesn't actually have the placement….you know….of all the guards," Jesse explained.
"Dom you can't go in there based on an assumption," Mia told him.
"We don't have a choice," Dom told her.
"Yes, you do. You can chose not to do this," she said to him, almost pleading.
Dom ignored her and looked back at the maps. "So all the entrances are on the bottom floor."
"Right. The building has two stories," Leon said. "And from what we have determined based on the internet activity and phone lines, Leyva is going to either be here," he said pointing at a small square room on the second floor. "Or here." The other square room was on the exact opposite side of the second floor.
"Why one of those two places?" Brian asked.
"Well this one seems to be his main office," Leon said, pointing to the one on the left. "But this one is sort of like a control room. This is where he monitors what is going on with each of the trucks and at the shipping docks."
"Okay, so if we are doing this when he is shipping everything, than chances are he is going to be in that one," Brian said.
"Most likely," Leon added.
"But, because of that, we only need to focus on these two entrances," Jesse pointed to the first and third entrance."
"Right, the middle one seems to just lead into random offices and stuff. And, it won't take you to the second floor," Leon said.
Everyone just stood around, trying to absorb all of the information.
"When you go into this first entrance, there is a security room immediately on the left," Jesse started. "He has cameras that monitor the inside and the outside of this building. So, whoever goes into this entrance, the first thing they have to do is to take out the security room, knock out all the cameras."
"Isn't that kind of going to alert them that something is going on?" Brian asked.
"Definitely," Jesse said.
Letty let out a sarcastic laugh. "This seems like an awesome plan."
"Well, the kicker," Leon started but was interrupted.
"Oh, there is a worse part?" Letty asked.
"Depends how you look at it," Leon said. "If we don't take out all the guards on the outside before they alert the people on the inside, then there is no way we are even going to make it inside."
"So, we're going to have to be quick," Vince said.
"Yeah, and quiet," Brian added.
"Gun silencers," Han said.
"Exactly," Leon confirmed. "And, yeah, we're going to have to be really, really quick. Because the emergency alarm buttons are all over the front entrances for the guards to press. And, there are sensor lights that come on all over the front on the building after more than 40 pounds are detected. So, they're going to be able to see us."
Dom, seeming to ignore this impossible part of the plan says, "So what do we do once we're inside?"
"Well, you know, the first entrance, you got to take out the security room. Then there is a long corridor that leads to a larger room," Jesse said, pointing to the map "This is where the stairs are. But, the room is really open and the second level has a walkway around the perimeter of that room. So…well…people from the second floor can see what is going on in this bottom room."
"So, they can shoot us from both levels," Vince said.
"Basically."
"But when you walk up the stairs, you take the second hallway on the left and it leads directly to Layva's office," Leon said.
"Well, what about the other entrance?" Brian asked. "The one that leads to his control room. I mean, he's got a big shipment going out. Chances are he's going to be in there, right?"
"Maybe," Jesse said lightly.
"Well from what we can see," Leon started. "This opens up to almost what is like a warehouse. There are stairs in there that lead to the second floor. But, the way it is laid out, there doesn't seem to be a firm floor that separates the second and first levels."
"So, like, metal grating or something. Some kind of lattice floor," Han said.
"Probably," Jesse said again.
"We can't really figure out exactly what is in this room," Leon said. "But after you make it up the stairs, there are four different hallways that lead to different places on the second floor."
"This place is laid out like a maze," Brian added.
"Yep," Leon confirmed.
"But...this hallway," Jesse said, pointing to the one that was immediately up the stairs, "leads right to the control room."
"So, we're going to need to split up into two teams," Dom said. "Vince, Jesse, Brian, you go together. Leon, Han, you'll come with me."
"Okay, but I want to go to the control room," Brian said.
"Why?" Mia asked, almost pleading. It was easily going to be area that was more complicated.
"Because, if he's in the control room, I want to be the one to kill him."
"Are you sure about this, Brian," Dom asked.
"Look, the whole reason that we're in this mess is because I killed Johnny. I want to make it right."
Dom just nodded at him.
