It has been so long since I updated any of my fics and I am so sorry hopefully you like this and this will be the start of me updating again.

I also want to say thank you to everyone who has continued to read my fics and leave reviews and favourite them, it is you that got me back into my writing. If some things don't match up I am so sorry it has been a long time and I am trying to get back into the swing of writing. Hopefully there will be new fics too.

The next day Buffy paced around the house, she felt so lost and as the afternoon was taking forever to arrive. Angel suggested watching TV, reading together or finding a game or puzzle they could do but Buffy just said no. Angel brought Buffy a sandwich and Buffy glanced at the time again.

"They said afternoon. When in the afternoon?" Buffy asks Angel. He could see she was anxious about it.

"I don't know. After you eat I'll call them and find out."

Buffy looks at him and gives in. She sits down and eats the food he had brought her. Angel smiles and goes to call the magic box when there was a knock on the door.

Buffy watches as Angel carefully opens the door not letting the sun touch his skin.

"Hey, come in." He says then Buffy sees the two witches come in.

"Thank you. Hey Buffy." Willow says moving to Buffy. "Got all the stuff so whenever you're ready we can do this."

Buffy nods. Angel feels her fear and says "I think it might help if we start on small scars and if Buffy is comfortable with it we can go to the bigger ones?"

Buffy looks up at him and nods.

"Great, we'll set up in the living room and you come in when you're ready." Tara says and the to girls move into the living room and start getting the ingredients from their bags.

"You okay?" Angel asks.

"Yeah. I don't know if I can let them do the big scars. You've seen where they are. What they look like. I can't let them see them." Buffy admits.

"I'm sure Willow will happily do it upstairs away from everyone if you want." Angel says and sees Buffy nodding at him.

Angel moves to Willow and asks if the spell can be done upstairs and Willow agrees. They move everyone upstairs and Willow and Buffy are left alone in Buffy's room. Willow was sat on the chair.

"Whenever you're ready is fine Buffy. No rush."

Buffy slowly stepped away from the wall and sat on the bed in front of Willow.

"Small ones first?" Willow asks. Buffy nods and moves the sleeve up her arm so Willow can see the scars.

Willow smiles at Buffy through her sadness. "Want to talk about anything?" Willow tried but Buffy just stared at the weird gloop Willow was spreading over her arm. It was a muddy yellow color and lumpy.

"What does this do?" Buffy asked.

"It will soak into your skin and help it heal fast. Any wounds with shut and scars will have new skin growing over them to make them go." The gloop had been on for 5 minutes then Willow wiped it off.

Buffy looked and saw her arm was back to how it use to be. No marks, no scars nothing. Buffy smiles and Willow smiled too.

"I'm glad it helped." Willow said and Buffy looked at her.

"I was scared. I thought you were lying. I thought you were going to hurt me." Buffy explained.

"I'm not a demon."

"I know, but I was confused." Buffy admitted.

They continued to talk a little bit about what Willow has been doing recently as they continued to work on the scars on Buffy's arms, legs and face. When they were all done Buffy looked in the mirror and smile at how normal she looked again. All she needed was to work on her tan. Buffy then thought of going to the beach and sunbathing but her hand slid over her stomach and she cringed at the scar she could feel through her clothes.

Buffy turned back to Willow.

"Would you mind doing the others?" Buffy asked.

"Of course, they might not go like the other ones if they are bigger but they will fade over time."

Buffy nodded and moved back to the bed. Willow watched as Buffy went to lift her top up then she paused.

"Please don't judge me." Buffy says.

"I never would Buffy." Willow frowns and feels concern about what she is about to see.

Buffy lifts her top up and Willow gasps.

"Oh god, Buffy. They hurt you so much." Willows eyes fill with tears.

"Can we just get rid of them?" Buffy asks not looking Willow in the eyes. Willow nods and they stay quiet. Willow applies the gloop and when it is removed they move onto the next scar, then the next one and so on. Willow saw so many scars in horrible places she couldn't help but cry. Buffy ignores her and shuts her eyes so she doesn't have to see her own body.

When Willow stops Buffy asks, 'Are we done?'

Willow takes a deep breath and says 'yes'.

Buffy gets up and moves to the mirror and looks at the now fading scars.

"Thank you." Buffy says while crying. She wipes her eyes.

"They will go. If they stop fading we can do this again until they are fully gone."

Buffy looks at Willow and nods with tears still falling.

"If I can help you in any way please let me know. If you want to talk about it I will listen. I won't hurt you and I hate what you went through." Willow says taking Buffy's hands.

Buffy looked at Willow. "Demon Willow laughed at my pain. Thank you for showing me you're not her."

"Can I hug you?" Willow asks.

Buffy takes a second then nods. They share a hug and when they separate they wipe their eyes and Willow collects all her bits and they go back downstairs.

Buffy and Angel say goodbye to the witches and then sit together on the sofa. Buffy explains how she feels and shows Angel how the scars are fading.

When Willow go back to Tara's apartment where they had been staying recently She told Tara that Buffy was hurt a lot more then they realised. She felt sick seeing the scars and wanted to help Buffy to forget the pain she went through. She waiting for Tara to go to sleep and then her research began, Buffy wouldn't have the memories of being tortured any long then she needed to with Willow help.
