I am

falling

I slip from

Ulquirro's grasp and

feel the lifeblood ebb and I

sense the Arrancar's cold stare and

hear Orihime scream my name and

listen as Ishida jumps to catch me while

the darkness creeps into my eyes

the blackness so different from

Rukia's sword and Yuzu's heart and Orihime's smile

the blackness so much darker than

Karin's and Isshin's and Chad's and Tatsuki's hair

the blackness that tears me from my

family and friends and life

I know Ishida and Orihime are scared but I

smile as the darkness fades and my

mother stands in front of me as I

breathe sorry and

goodbye to my

family and friends and

life and darkness as my

mother raises her arms and I am

falling

into her embrace
