Kissing the enemy
Disclaimer: I DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT own Naruto.
Sakura secreted into the clearing, swift and silent, yet completely prepared for battle. The rest of the new team 7 were taking out the remaining two Akatsuki. Her job was to follow the last: Itachi.
Somehow in the fifteen min. she had been stalking him, he vanished. She didn't sight of him, he'd simply disappeared before her eyes. She was well away from her teammates so she couldn't go back without losing him for sure. She stopped and spread her senses, searching for Itachi's chakra.
Nothing....
Nothing...
Gotcha! But it was a moment too late. Itachi was behind her, a hand under her breast and one over her mouth, pulling her out of the tree. He landed on his heels and pulled her closer. They stood like that for what felt like forever, until Itachi spoke, relocating the hand over her mouth to her waist, where his fingers stretched lower but didn't really touch.
"Must you insist on tempting me?" She turned her head to ask what he meant when, almost as if by accident, their lips met. And tongue licked and sucked on hers. Her knees buckled, but he caught and turned her to face him, placing his right hand on her but and jamming the left in her hair.
Slowly but surely, he disposed of her thoughts until she became nothing but a moaning mass of kunnoichi goop. He pulled back to stare at her face a moment before her eyelids came up to reveal lust-clouded emerald orbs.
Itachi waited long enough for the haze to clear, but not londg enough for her to go full-battle mode. He laid a quick peck over her lips and slowly pulled away. "We will meet again." he said, then he was gone. Sakura stared at the spot where he'd been until the slow computer in her head rebooted.
"What The Heck?!" she shouted, and her team came crashing into the clearing. They fussed and worried over her, (mostly Naruto, Kakashi and Sai just asked how she was and nodded.) and asked questions till she finally answered, "I lost him." They headed back to the village with the two they'd caught .
Sakura's thoughts drifted back to Itachi. How in the heck had she ended up kissing the enemy?! And what was up with the care-free attitude after something like that? All she got was "We will meet again"?! She ranted on and on in her head. But she couldn't deny she'd count the days till she saw him again...
