Fingers pushed the loss tendrils from her face as she exited the terminal, heading across the large international airport for baggage claim. Smiling brightly, she turned to the man walking not too far behind, his arms filled with her most prized possession. "Are you sure you're okay with her?" She asked smiling as the man adjusted the pink haired toddler in his arms. "She's fine" he said laughing as the sleeping child tightened her arms around his neck. "besides she has me in her death grip, I don't think you'll be able to move her without a crow bar"

After grabbing their bags, they proceeded out the large glass doors into the Japanese air. Taking a big gulp of the sweet smelling air, he smiled down at her "I can't believe it's been three years, Ren"

"If I had it my way I would have never left" She replied "It's good to be home"

She looked over at the man, who was 6'0 with very short brown hair that spiked in the front but laid flat on the back, he had deep Green eyes. His name was Nick, as she watched him struggle to adjust the sleeping toddler, who had light pink hair placed in the same buns as the blond; she could not help but smile. "We're going to have a good life here" she looked up into the blue sky, "the three of us...we're going to be happy here I can feel it"

Serena, the name of the blond, turned as she heard their names being called. "Hi boys!" she walked over to the three men hugging each tightly. "I've miss you all" Zack -short messy blond hair and ice blue eyes, he was the same age as Serena 18.

Jay a blond headed man with almost the same hair cut as nick but a little longer with Red eyes, he was 19.

Lastly there was Mitchell who was the same age as nick 21 he had white hair that fell to his gold-yellow eyes.

"Why does she always have to be asleep every time I see her?!" Jay whined, as he tired to poke the small child only to have Nick try to move away from the persistent man.

"So, how was your flight?" Mitchell asked as he pushed the cart that carried the luggage.

Serena shrugged, "Long"

"Did you give her the Benadryl?"

The blond nodded, "Thank you so much Zack for the tip! truly was a life saver. She slept pretty much the whole way."

As the group walked up to the white SUV, parked by the airport Mitchell stopped Serena from getting in. "We should tell them you're here"

Shaking her head, she sighed, "Not yet...it's not the time..."

"When will be the time?"

"soon..." she looked to the others standing around "Very soon"

A month later at a temple in Tokyo

The temple was quite as a group of woman and one man sat around a traditional living room. Each entertaining themselves with their own devices. It wasn't until Luna, a black cat, raced into the room. "Luna?" Rei, owner of the temple asked worriedly

"I feel her" The cat answered simple

"What do you mean 'you feel her'?" asked Daren pushing his lavender short hair from his ocean blue eyes.

"She has returned…. Darien she's back" the cat happily replied. "I can't explain what it is that I feel but I know, I know that it for sure Serena"

Everyone in the room looked to one another in surprise. It had been three years since they had seen their leader and friend.

"I've had this feeling for a month now, but felt shouldn't say anything until I knew for sure…"

"WHAT?! Luna you've known for a month Serena was back and never told us?!" Rei yelled

"Rei...Calm yourself it won't help the situation" Ami whispered looking toward the black feline "I'm sure Luna, that you have a good reason for not telling us of her return?"

"like I said, I wanted to make sure it was her. The feeling was so week...more like my emotions were getting the better of me...but today...today I could truly feel our connection...that's why I came here so quickly."

"Well, do you know where she is?" Lita asked

The cat shook her head "No, I'm blocked from finding her location…. it's like…. like she wants me to know that she's here-just not where to find her"

Walking in from the back yard, Serena nodded to Nick-who stood silently looking at her. "You can't keep putting this off, they're going to figure it out sooner or later"

"I know" she whispered. He walked over to her wrapping his arms around her small frame. "No matter what happens, I'll be here with you"

She closed her eyes, his sent of pine and grass mix with vanilla, bringing her much comfort. "Luna knows I'm here...she is my adviser after all...we share a connection far more than those of my senshi" Serena moved away from Nick, turning to watch as her daughter ran about the back yard, chasing a butterfly. "I worry about her" she said sadly. "Did I do the right thing?" her big blue eyes looked up to his, begging for comforting words.

"You did what you felt you needed to do" he answered back "No one can fault you on that" he watched as her face stayed in a frown as she watched her daughter. "Hey" he said gently "let's not dwell on what might happen...let live for the moment." he pulled Serena gently out into the back yard. "I think Rini needs some playmates"

Jay watched the group from his seat at the dining room table. "She's worried" he turned to Mitchell, who stood by the window watching. "scared even..."

"It's Nick we should be worried about...he'll be heart broken when Rini's father comes into the picture..." Zack frowned at the laughing couple. "He loves her...he's raised her as if she were his own"

"He knew what he was getting into. We have all warned him of this when the little princess was born. It is on him to deal with the consequences"

"We get what you're saying Mitchell. He's still our family…" Looking outside he sighed "I wish they could stay this way" Jay added crossing his arms over his chest.

The others looked and agreed. "Don't wish it. He is our Prince, sworn our lives to Him-Serena didn't leave by choice, she was forced." Mitchell added. "He is our Prince and she our Princess, no matter our feelings, we must continue to protect and aid them."

Laying in the grass, Serena smiled as the sun beat down upon them. "this is nice" looking over she smiled to see two sleeping forms. "Their sleeping?" looking over, Serena sat up laughing. "it seems so" she answered.

"Take the princess to her room, I'll get nick"

Before Mitchell could knell down beside Nick, Serena stopped him. She stared at the two, cuddling together in the cool grass under the sun. "Leave them" she smiled "Just for a little while."

Mitchell pushed a piece of pink hair from the little girl's face. "You know; he'll be heart broken when our Prince learns the truth"

Serena frowned, "Just because he'll know doesn't mean Nick gets pushed aside"

"Doesn't it?" the white haired man asked. "Princess, forgive me but…no matter how you look at this, Nick will be heart broken. I just ask that you keep his feelings in mind as this situation comes to an end"

Deep in thought, Serena stood by the sink her hands just sitting in the soapy water. "I think your hands are clean" she gave no answer

"Serena" again there was nothing. Walking to stand beside her, he placed a hand on her shoulder. She jumped slightly turning to the man beside her. Giving him a soft smile "Your up"

"What's wrong?" He asked worriedly

She shook her head. "Nothing, did you have a nice nap?" He nodded, "I'm taking the guys took me to my room?" she nodded. "Good, now tell me…what's the matter? Don't try and tell me nothing because I can see it-its written all over your face"

"I don't want to hurt you" she whispered tears filling her eyes. "Mitchell's right…when he comes back…you're going to be hurt"

He pulled her into him. "Mitchell had no right to say anything to you. I knew what I was getting into the moment" he shook his head "None of that matters"

"They care about you deeply" Serena pulled away. "I care about you"

He lifted her chin, "Hey, I promise you I'll be okay" he held her hands tightly "Now, I think you are in need of something sweet. Crying doesn't suit you princess"

"It's nearly dinner time" she said in alarm. "You slept the day away"

"It's never too late nor too early for ice cream"

"Navar to wate mama!" Rini yelled. Both adults jumped at the sound of the toddler's voice "Your up" Serena laughed as Nick lifted her into his arms. "You have been out voted Princess"

Serena laughed as Rini cheered. "It seems I have"
