Disclaimer: Don't own anything and I don't want to.

Part of my Riley/Greg series. Unrelated to the others. Will write a companion piece.

They were just friends, nothing to read beyond the friendship.

That's all they wanted people to read, they didn't want people to see the hidden feelings.

Even though Riley loved Greg, she didn't do anything and it was unknown to him.

Even though Greg loved Riley, he didn't do anything and it was unknown to her.

Even though it broke his heart when she went out on a date, he wouldn't move past friendship.

Even though it broke her heart when he left for a date, she wouldn't reveal anything and let it grow.

The team started noticing the hidden feelings though, they were too hard to hide.

Catherine saw the joy that flashed across their faces when they got to work a case together.

Nick saw the stolen glances when they all were doing paperwork.

Ray saw the smiles on their faces when the other came back to the lab safely.

Dr. Robbins heard the shared laughter when he walked into Autopsy to meet them.

David heard the good-natured ribbing between them while they were processing a scene.

Jim heard the soothing words Greg said to calm Riley down when she got mad at an arrogant suspect.

Wendy told Hodges her suspicions after observing how sad they looked after their first fight.

Hodges told Wendy her suspicions were right after observing the hug they shared when they made up.

Archie and Mandy talked about it with Henry after observing how well they knew each other's personalities even though they hadn't known each other for long, only a few months.

Everyone agreed on this, they definitely weren't "Just Friends."

I am going to write a fic where they become more then friends, and how the team... "helps"

Thanks for all the series reviews!
