Red eyes narrowed slightly as they took in the sight below.

A fight had once again broken out between the hired workers, completely oblivious to the tall figure looming above them from the balcony. The man sighed and shook his head, completely annoyed that he had to do this again for the third time that day, and he had only left them for five minutes to grab a drink.

He lifted his gun into the air and fired two shots, not once taking his eyes off the men below who all stopped and turned at the sound. The gun was lowered slowly, pausing threateningly as it swept past the small crowd of workers.

The fighter's stance was tense and anyone who knew him could tell he was pissed off. A shake of his head moved the long dark hair away from his face so those below could see his intimidating gaze.

He leapt swiftly and gracefully down to the ground, purposefully ignoring the stairway. Those he walked past froze as his glare reached each one of them. When he reached the center, he eyed the two instigators icily.

"Get back to work." He said simply and sternly.

Almost immediately the air was filled with the sounds of the restoration as he sighed and walked swiftly to a building just a farther ways away.

"I'm leaving. Probably not coming back." He said briefly to a long haired brunet who simply raised a brow and shouted at a redhead to take over for the gunner.

He stalked silently through Radiant Garden until he reached the small house used as a base for the restoration committee. He walked past the main room into the living areas. Pausing before the door, he listened with a slight smile at the deep raspy curses and high pitched squealing coming from within the house. He should have known that those two would start something.

Slowly he opened the door, and had to fight to keep the stoic look upon his face.

"Hey Vinny! Your back early!" exclaimed a young woman from her current upside down position, draped across the sofa in the middle of the room.

"Would 'ya shut it for one minute?" snarled a blonde man sitting in an armchair, obviously displeased with the other inhabitant of the room.

Vincent sighed and shoved Yuffie to the side of the couch as he sat down.

"Heeyyyy!" she pouted. "What was that for?" she said crossing her arms.

Cid chuckled and moved to join them on the couch.

"Yeh probly desereved it." He said hoarsely and put his arm on the couch above Vincent's shoulders.

This started another argument between the two, but ended inevitably with Yuffie curled up on Vincent's lap and Cid's finger's running gently through her hair, other arm now wrapped firmly around Vincent's shoulders.

The gunman smiled and closed his eyes. This was arguing he could stand. This playful fighting was home for him and he would be happy as long as he new all he had to do to break it up as just be there, sitting between his two lovers.

AN: I blame this on the fact that I have one friend who is a valenwind fangirl and one who is a yuffentine fangirl. So since I'm stuck in the middle of that, I decided to share my pain and stick Vin in the middle of Cid and Yuffie! I also stuck it in the KH universe since I'm more familiar with it.

I'm bored. Anyone want to do a fic trade? PM me if you do!
