Phoenix's Soul: Hello all you happy people. I've decided to put together a quick little story pairing together all the couples that I like best out of all possible couples from School Rumble. Sorry if you don't like them, but they are my personal favorites. I don't own anything from School Rumble so please enjoy.

What has happened after these past few years?
Yakumo sat up from where she was laying on the couch when she heard the phone ringing. Who could it be calling, she wondered as she picked up her cell phone and looked at the name that appeared on the screen. The digital characters that came up told her that it was her friend Sarah from back in high school.
"Hello? Yakumo, is that you?" Sarah's voice came from over the other end of the phone.
"Hello, Sarah," Yakumo said softly. "How are you? It's been a long time."
"Yeah, it has," Sarah said cheerfully. "Hey, I'll be in town for the next couple of days. How about we get together and catch up on things?"
"Sure, I'd like that a lot, Sarah."
"Ok I'll stop by your house later today."
"Oh, Sarah, I have a new address now," Yakumo gave Sarah her new address and apartment number and was telling her good bye when Iori hopped up into her lap and began to purr. "Hey, guess what Iori, Sarah is coming to visit."
A few hours passed and Sarah finally came by and smiled warmly when she greeted Yakumo. "Oh, Yakumo, it's so good to see you again."
"Hello, Sarah," Yakumo said with a smile as she lead her to the sitting room of the apartment.
"Wow, Yakumo, this is a really nice apartment," Sarah said looking around. "Do you live here by yourself? Wait a second, if you're here who's looking after Tenma?
"Oh, Tenma is with Kurasima," Yakumo explained without telling Sarah that she didn't live in the apartment alone. "They're out traveling the world right now tasting curry from everywhere and so that Kurasima can get inspiration for his writing also."
"Oh, so they finally got together? That is so wonderful. What about you, Yakumo? Is there anyone you're with or interested in getting with?"
"Well, actually," Yakumo blushed madly while she held up her left hand so that Sarah could see the two rings on her finger.
"Yakumo," called a male voice from the front door. "I'm home."
"I'm in the sitting room," she called back smiling softly. "And, Sarah is here too."
"Sarah, that was the name of your friend from high school wasn't it?" the voice asked this time from just around the corner of the open door to the sitting room.
Sarah gasped in surprise when she saw who the voice was coming from when he walked into the sitting room.
