"Hiei-bozu(1), c'mon!" Hiei growled at the nickname Yusuke gave him. It was an autumn day, where the sun shone brightly while the autumn leaves fell from the trees.

The friendly kitsune Kurama had invited his team out to lunch, and they all agreed. Well, except for Hiei. He really didn't want to go out to a human resturant.

"Hiei-bozu, let's go!" Yusuke ordered, grabbing his wrist. Hiei snarled.

"I'll break your wrist if you don't let me go," he threatened. Yusuke immediately let him go, but kept insisting that he comes along.

"Yeah Hiei-bozu, let's go!" Kuwabara butt in. Kurama was at the door, inside of his house. He wanted to leave the house before things got busy.

"Hiei-san, let's just go," Kurama told him. Hiei finally agreed. The team then left to a diner. When they got to a diner, they were all immediately seated. (By a love-struck girl, who kept staring at Kurama)

"S-so, what would you all like to have today?" the waitress asked, mainly to Kurama. He blinked and sweat dropped.

"Uhh, we'll look at the menu and tell you," he told her. She nodded and walked away. Yusuke scoffed.

"Geez Kurama-kun, you always get the ladies," he muttered. Kurama sighed as he looked through the menu. Hiei didn't look through the menu. He just kept his eyes shut.

"Hey Kurama-san, let's get the surprise lunch!" Kuwabara exclaimed, pointing at a certain part in the menu. Kurama nodded and smiled. He turned his head to look at Hiei.

"Hiei-san, what would you like?" he asked. Hiei opened one eye.

"I don't care. Whatever fills me up, I guess." Kurama nodded.

"Well, I guess I'll have the surprise lunch with the rest of you guys," Yusuke announced. The two redheads nodded as the waitress came back.

"So, did you guys figure out what you all wanted?" she asked. Kurama nodded.

"We'll all have the surprise lunch." She nodded and turned around, a slight blush on her face. She accidently bumped into another male customer. Yusuke groaned in disgust.

"Why can't I have girls liking me the minute they see me?" he asked. Kurama's eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"Yusuke-kun, you already have Keiko-chan," he reminded his greasy-haired friend. Yusuke nodded.

"But that doesn't mean I can have attention from any other girls out there." Yusuke thought for a moment and pointed accusingly at the kitsune.

"Hey, you're one to talk! Don't you already have that one chick, Maya-chan(2) or whatever her name was?" Kurama blinked and turned his head away, a slight blush forming on his face. Kuwabara blinked in confusion.

"I won't ask," he thought, nodding silently to himself. Hiei remained silent, except for whenever his stomach growled.

After what seemed like forever, the waitress came back with a tray full of food. The team looked hungrily at the tray as she handed out each a plate full of food. She left, winking at Kurama, when she was handing out the food.

"So, let's dig in!" Kuwabara and Yusuke exclaimed, grabbing some chopsticks and eating like mad.

"Mmm! I got a ramen meal," Yusuke said happily, slurping away.

"I got sushi and egg rolls!" Kuwabara said, eating like there was no tomorrow. Kurama looked at his plate and smiled.

"I got mini-clams that are dripped in white sauce," Kurama told his teammates. The other three all got angry veins forming on their heads. Kurama sweat dropped and cleared his throat. He looked at Hiei thoughtfully.

"Hiei-san, what did you get?" Hiei twitched as the angry vein grew bigger and bigger as he began to answer in an angry voice;

"The kiddie meal."

(1) Bozu- Meaning 'shrimp' or 'kid'

(2) Maya- She's in the manga and, to me, she and Kurama like each other (ALL OPINIONS, THOUGH!!)
