"No he's been doing this every time we get around Potter. At first I thought Potter was contaminating my snake, but I've noticed the more I'm around him with Sasta in tow the more frustrated Potter gets."
Blaise smirked as he rubbed his finger up and down his hissing snakes' spine.
Draco raised an eyebrow at his friend's antics and looked at Potter from the corner of his eye. Sure enough Potter was holding his head in his hands while glaring over towards Blaise.
"Do you think he's developed a irrational fear of snakes?" Pansy drawled, gazing at Potter in boredom.
"Yeah right," Draco snorted. " We'd be so lucky. It's Potter, he most likely has a problem with anything remotely Slytherin."
He was drawn out of his monolog by a resounding 'THUMP' that caused many people in the room to jump.
Meanwhile on the other side of the classroom…
'I am going to kill myself if that snake doesn't shut the hell up!!' Harry thumped his head against the transfiguration desk.
For the past few weeks that Slytherin had been carrying his snake everywhere he went. And not once had it stopped singing! Singing! Why the hell does a snake sing, who taught him that?! He'd never really believed that snakes were generically evil but this was just cruel and unusual punishment!

"UGH!" Harry growled wishing above all else he didn't speak Parseltounge. For what he had been hearing for the past few weeks was the most repetitive and horrible thing ever sung by a reptile! It had been funny at first that a Slytherin snake would do such a thing but now… it was anything but funny. 'I'm going to go crazy!' Harry thought.
Snakey Snakey Snakey Snakey Snakey Snakey, Human, Human, Snakey Snakey Snakey Snakey Snakey Snakey, A MOUSE! A MOUSE! Ohhhh, it's a MOUSE!!

And it went on and on!! Never stopping! Harry once more thumped his head against the desk.
Back to the Slytherins…
"I think he's going crazy, too bad we cant understand what your snake is saying Blaise." Pansy said, watching as Potter once again slammed his head onto the desk.
"Yeah, probably very interesting." Draco said while thinking 'If it's doing this to Potter it's got to be really annoying. I'm not sure how I feel about being bested by a snake though.'
