Hey guys, so I just got done watching epi 6x03 of One Tree Hill, and I have to say I think it was the most moving and one of the best episodes of one tree hill that I have ever seen! Props to the cast and the writers for delivering such an incredibly moving, heartbreaking, and spiritual episode. I was so very pleased that God was a strong key member of the episode, I'm a huge believer in faith and my Lord Jesus and I love that he was a focal point of their storytelling tonight! They truly did Q justice and it was so moving to watch how all the characters dealt with the loss of such an amazing person that had such an impact in their lives. Robbie Jones who plays Q is truly an incredible man an actor and will truly be missed! I want go into detail incase any of you guys haven't watched it yet, and b/c i'm sure you're wanting me to stop with this rant so you can get on with the story. I will just say that it was truly moving and I think I cried from the beginning until the end, and i'm still tearing up writing this.

Mark has got to stop this sadness b/c my heart can't take it and I'm running out of tissues.

Anyways I guess this poem is basically my take and feelings on the epi. When tradegy happens writers put pen to paper and try to make since of it all, so I guess that is what this story is for me.

I hope you enjoy and please comment, nothing makes me happier than reviews!

A gunshot out of the blue

a phone rings

making a nightmare come true

so much sadness so much pain

will we ever make it out of this rain

a little boy sits on a swing

his brother went to heaven they keep saying

a 17 year old boy gone forever

all his dreams shattered

what's left are broken hearts and unaswered questions of

"Why did he have to die, this boy that we treasured"

grown men fall to their knees and weep

why does death happen

how can we rise and defeat

lockers filled with remnants of a boy so loved

a boy who can now fly in heaven above

Les Miserables that's what they feel they are the miserable ones

because they lost Quentin Fields

he impacted so many lives

was so much to so many

they feel so dead inside so lost so empty

a casket is carried as friends and family say goodbye

Ravens stand in formation

loved ones cry

an empty spot where a boy once stood

a little brother puts on a #44 jersey standing in the place where his older brother Q should

people pay there respects to a mother who has just lost her eldest son

as they turn and leave a little boy waits behind

his godmother comes and stands by his side

a moment later he opens his box

given to him by his best friend

and pulls out a cape that he had made for him

as he places it over the casket his godmother begins to cry

he holds her hand

and they both watch as a raven spreads its wings and flies.
