Author's Note: This story takes place in the episode of the seven year witch. I really wished that they had ended up together in that episode. So here is the first chap. I hope you will enjoy it!!

Cole Who?

Chapter 1

Before his eyes Cole watched Drake as dematerialized out of the room. He placed his hands inside his pockets and sighed knowing it was time for him to departure as well. But before he returned back to Limbo he had to take one last look at the beautiful, amazing woman sitting on the couch in the next room.

"Hurts doesn't it?" a raspy voice said behind Cole. Cole quickly turned around and before him was a short, fat, blue haired old man dressed in black.

"Who are you?" Cole asked turning and looking at the stranger.

"It doesn't matter who I am Cole, I was just sent here to do a job." the man responded with a serious tone.

"How do you know my name?" Cole asked with a hint of anger and curiosity in his voice.

"Enough with the questions. I have an offer for you." the old man said.

"What kind of offer?" Cole asked folding his arms, a blank look on his face.

The old man clapped his hands. "What if I told you that you could become human again?"

Cole smirked. "Oh really? How will you be able to do that, as you can tell I'm neither dead nor alive and I'm stuck in Limbo for eternity."

The old man laughed. "With magic of course, I have this special kind of magic that will get you out Limbo, but the option is yours."

"I don't know..." Cole said with suspicion.

"Look at her," the man said pointing to Phoebe, Cole followed his gaze. "You can have the chance to be with the woman you love." Cole quickly looked away and clenched his jaw.

"I accepted my destiny to be alone a long time ago." Cole told him trying to hide his emotions.

"Your destiny is not to be alone son, your destiny is to be with her." the old man said.

"My destiny is not to be with Phoebe, I don't think my destiny was ever to be with her." Cole said unable to hide his sadness at that thought.

"That's not true and you know it." the old man said. "Now why don't you give it a try?"

"I already told you that I'm okay with where I am." Cole snapped in anger.

"You're not okay, you're miserable inside." the old man said. With a snap of his fingers Cole started to glowed and suddenly the light disappears just as fast as it had appeared.

"What did you do??" Cole demanded.

"You're human." the old man answered simply, no emotions on his face or in his voice.

"Yeah like that really worked, you know I-" Cole began but suddenly stopped, closing his eyes and reopened them; he looked up at the man.

"Who are you?" he asked again. He then looked at himself. "Who am I??"

"Oops I guess the memory part must be a backfire" the old man chuckled nervously. Cole looked at him speechless unable to say anything by his confusion. "I have to get you out of here before Phoebe see you!" He then vanished into thin air taking the shocked Cole with him.

So how was it? I guess you're wondering who the old man is and where he is taking Cole. I don't even know yet, I'll have to come up with something. Also I writing another story about Phoebe and Cole that's coming soon so stay tune for that one. Reviews will make me so happy!!
