A Fated End

Fluffy dreams of golden eyes

I stay awake

Contemplating lives,

Transcending time and defying space

To get to you

Another place,

The long years crawled; they slowly passed

A minute more

I've come at last,

Through the blue, gentle claws breach

Floating above

Beyond my reach,

My small, trembling hand stretches out

To get to you

I have no doubts,

Two souls meet again in a single glance

You pull me up

We continue the dance,

Brought together and torn apart

Never again

This is the start,

Warm, strong arms seal me to him

Holding tight

We can finally begin.
