Yuki: This is something that just popped into my head one day. Creepy, right? xD

Flowers are nice. Yes very nice. I plucked one from the field of flowers behind my house, and I kept it in my room until it withered away and died. Is that what happens to all the nice people in the world? Do they wither away and die? Hm, well all humans die. What a silly question Hinata! Poor nice Hinata. You're going to die. And everyone else will. Hehe. I smiled as I held the newest withered flower in my palm.

"Hinata-sama? Your team is here for you," a servant called.

"Just a minute," I called, giggling as I closed my hand into a fist, effectively turning the flower into dust. Opening my palm again, I blew the dust into the air, watching it swirl in the air and out my window. That's what I'll be. What we'll all be. Dust in the wind.

Hm…People seem to look at me differently lately. It makes me angry. I pout as another person stares a bit too long. Kiba, Shino, and Kurenai have been looking at me weirdly too. Oh well. I spotted a pretty flower on the side of the dirt road and skipped over to it. Plucking it, I sniffed it's beautiful red petals. This flower reminded me of Kiba. I slipped it into my jacket pocket and hummed a tune as we continued to the training grounds.

I could tell that I was getting better by the looks that my team had had on their faces. Their shock made me happy. I smiled, dancing among the my little field of flowers. I was strong. I was the best. Everyone would know. But it wouldn't matter. After all, we're all just itty-bitty flowers in one big field. I took the flower that had a likeness to Kiba into my hand and watched as it started to gray. The remains of the flower blew up onto the wind and were carried away.

We'll all die.

One by one.

Ashes to ashes.

Dust to dust.

A scream was heard in the Inuzuka residence as Kiba Inuzuka was found dead on his bedroom floor. His skin had turned dark gray, and his right arm had dissolved into dust.
