Afterword

Well folks, it's been almost 9 years since I started this fanfiction. Over 9 years since I got into writing Fanfiction at all. It saddens me just a bit that it took so long for me to complete this story. To keep all of you that read and loved my story in suspense over this vast amount of time. I'm sure I lost many readers due to my bad posting schedule and long unannounced absences. But to those of you who stuck around and held out hope for a conclusion I have nothing but gratitude to each and every one of you from the depths of my heart.

Writing FanFiction is a hobby that is not for the lazy. Especially if you want to garner a following and trust from the readers you write to. Unfortunately, my life took many strange turns over the years that changed who I was and how connected to the story I was. In a way, it helped to make myself grow as a writer. It's because of my experience on this site that I have been able to find how much I love writing and how much I wish to have my own original work published one day, and in that weird hope to see my own works one day transformed by FanFiction of my own readers.

It's a dream that comes with a lot of trepidation and a whole lot of hope for the future. In that regard I have pushed further ahead with the novel I have been writing over the last few years. When I started it I had little knowledge of the amount of work put into creating my own world, my own story. I set myself unrealistic goals and even tried to submit a half-assed manuscript. It was truly a learning experience that I took a lot away from. With that in mind I still am pushing forward on what I hope to be my first published project as well as a new project I have set forth on.

For those of you interested in continuing to follow my writing and my work, I am currently working on a Web-Serial Novel. An original story that I post new chapters too every Wednesday and Friday (though the posting schedule may adapt and change as time goes on.) For those of you interested in continuing to follow and read my work you can find the first chapter at the website JukePop and searching for the title Weylourn. (Or message me and I'll send you a direct link to it)

Now that I have gotten my own self-promotion out of the way I would like to say once again just how grateful I am to each and every one of you who reviewed, favorited, and followed me over all of these years. I wouldn't have the confidence in my writing that I have now if it wasn't for all of you. This was a journey that I never expected to take this long, and yet now that it has reached a conclusion, looking back, I wish I would have done more with it. But that's how life is sometimes, and sometimes we push forward in ways that never would have occurred to us from the onset.

I keep an eye on this account far more than I used to, and if any of you wish to contact me you can always reach me through private messages on this account.

So for the last time with this story, R&R, peace ZBixby.
