Twinleafshipping Jun /Hikari

It was sudden, like it always was.
"Hey!!" Was all the warning the azure-haired girl got before being violently crashed into by her hyperactive blonde friend. The two collapsed in a jumbled heap, the latter giggling childishly.
"Hiya Hika-chan!" Jun said cheerfully, not even attempting to remove himself from the tangle of limbs. Hikari could only sigh (and hope not to turn red). "Hey Jun..." she mumbled, squirming some before deciding she couldn't actually get out of it right now.
It wasn't the appearance of her childhood pal himself that made her sigh so – he was her friend – but his latest obsession of battling her wore her as a person more than it ever did her Pokemon. Why did he see her – or at very least treat her – as a rival?
But she wasn't going to complain. Beating him was always good practice.
"Let me guess, you want a—"
"Kiss!"
THAT caught her attention. "W-wha—" she started, awestruck.
"Are you going to, or should I?" the boy said, seeming as serious as he ever was.
"Jun, what the hell are you sa—" And she was cut off once again. This time not by his rushed words, but by simply and boldly closing the distance between their lips.
After a few sweet moments, Jun pulled away, smiling at the (amazingly red) face of his best friend. "Bye bye Hika-chan! See you later!" he said, and as effortlessly as he had kissed her, he separated his body from hers and ran off.
Hikari lay on the ground where he left her for a while before sitting up, lightly touching her lips.
After a moment of shock, she sighed and smiled.
"How like him, always forgetting things..." she said, and stood up, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear.
"He left without his 'I love you...'"
