A/N: I needed something silly. Been meaning to write this for over six months :) This is set sometime before Lily and James died, but after they all left school.
Warnings: Slash, cuteness, fluff.
Disclaimer: Characters belong to JK Rowling.
Challenge: People on Bebo and LiveJournal are giving me prompts for Sirius/Remus fics, and I'll write one (or just biff the lot and write whatever I want) per day, posting them there, and here. This'll go on for the whole of May, so feel free to pop over to my LJ (link in my profile) and drop me a prompt!
Prompt: None.
Look The Part
"Sirius, I really don't want to do this." Remus Lupin protested, as his boyfriend dragged him along the street.
"We're doing this." Sirius said firmly, a grin affixed to his face. It had been less than 24 hours since he had broken down and confessed his love for his best friend in the living room of their tiny flat. Happily, his feelings had been returned, and the two had spent an... ahem... passionate night together.
Sirius gave a final yank, pulling Remus into a clothes shop. Cheerful techno music played, and colours splashed the walls. Sirius dragged him straight down to the pinkest, most colourful section.
"Sirius, please... Let's just go home and have sex or something. I don't want to do this."
"Remus." Sirius stopped to stare his boyfriend in the eyes. "We're gay now. The least we can do is look the part."
Remus whimpered pathetically as Sirius turned to the nearest clothing rack, and pulled out a few items.
"This... this... and this. Try them on." He grinned, pushing his boyfriend into a changing room. Remus whimpered again as Sirius shut the curtain with a swooshing sound.
"Please Sirius?" Last attempt.
"Put 'em on."
"Fuck you."
"Later."
Remus groaned, and stepped out of the dressing room. "I look like a bloody ponce."
"Isn't that the point?" Sirius smiled appreciatively. Remus was dressed in tight pale blue jeans that hugged every curve of his legs and arse, a baby pink shirt, and a powder blue neckerchief.
"I'm taking this off. I feel ridiculous."
"You look cute." Sirius smiled, stepping over to the werewolf and pressing a soft kiss to his lips, just for a second. Remus rolled his eyes and closed the curtain.
"I am never, ever going shopping with you again."
