Okay, so this is just a quick little drabble I made at 3:00 in the morning when I was bored. Two of my friends and I spent New Years '07 at my friend's grandparents' house last year and this is based off of it. We were sitting in the living room and just started pointing out stupid stuff like paintings and statues. We ended up psyching ourselves out and getting scared lol. Hope you like it. It's my first drabble :)

"Hey, dude."

"Yeah?"

"Was that painting tilted off the wall like that a second ago?"

"No, why?"

"'Cause that's how it is now."

"O...kay. Why are you telling me this?"

"Just thought you should know."

"Well thank you, Professor Einstein, for pointing out the obvious. It was probably the wind."

"Okay then..."

...5 Minutes Later...

"Dude."

"What?"

"That mirror wasn't leaning in that direction when we first walked in."

"So?"

"So, why isn't it straight like it was earlier?"

"I don't know. We kinda stomped in the room when we walked in, so that probably caused it."

"Whatever you say..."

...10 Minutes Later...

"Troy?"

"What is it this time, Chad?"

"You said that your little cousin left one of her dolls in here from last week, right?"

"Yeah. What about it?"

"Why are the eyes open?"

"Because they're not closed..."

"Exactly! They were closed a few minutes ago!"

"Dude, stop psyching yourself out! I accidentally kicked the doll a few minutes ago and the eyes opened. Big deal."

"Oh my God, your trophy's missing a leg!"

"You broke it last month, stupid! Do I need to check you into the psych ward?!"

"That statue keeps staring at me!"

"Have you been eating that jalapeño ice cream again?"

"No."

"Are you sure?"

"Shut up."

"Why don't you take your own advice?"

"Because your house is haunted and I think you should know."

"A: my house is not haunted. You're just losing your mind and B: all you're telling me is that you're dumb and superstitious."

"...what's that?"

"Chad?"

"Yeah?"

"Do us all a favor and can it."

"Not until you tell me why your iPod just moved!"

"SHUT UP!!!"
