"Sunset!" Setsuna groaned as Kailor landed on her.

"Ow! Idiot! Use your wings would you?" She grumbled. Kailor glanced over his shoulder at the wings he had gotten implanted.

"They're still growing. And that's what I was trying to do. You can't leave without saying good-bye." Setsuna was shocked to see tears in her old friend's eyes. He had stuck by her (and even once gotten stuck TO her during the honey incident) and he had been her best friend for ages. Now she was headed to Mahora to watch over Konoka. She would need everything they had learned together.

"Of course not, Kai. But it's not good-bye. Just…see ya soon."

"Really soon since I'm gonna be popping in on you when you least expect it. Mwahahahaha!"

"You better not."

"Betcha I will."

"You better not!"

"Here." She blinked as he handed her a cd.
"What's this?" Kailor smiled.

"It made me think of you and that Konoe girl. I hope to meet her one day. Listen to it on right when you get to Mahora." They stood and the werewolf picked her up in a tight hug. "Be good."

"I'll try. It should be easier with you not there."

"Are you insinuating that I am the cause of your badness?"

"Duh."

"No clue what you're talking about. Shoo shoo."

She hopped onto the train and waved good-bye.

Mahora loomed up over her, empty since it was summer break. She began to make her way up the stairs when she thought of Kailor's parting gift. She pulled out her cd player and put the earphones in.

She stepped onto the first landing, ears ringing with her feelings in the form of a song.

Setsuna's heart skipped a beat. She clutched her bag closer.

"There's no changing things that we regret

The best that we can hope for is one more chance

If the hands of time could just move in reverse

I wouldn't make the same mistake again with her."

Finally she realized what he had meant by giving this to her. He was giving her a sort of shove in the right direction. This song was how she felt and in it was hope. The hope of getting another try. She smiled picturing her idiot. Thanks Kai…

She stopped in front of the headmaster's door and hooked her earphones onto her collar, still playing just low enough to only be heard by her. She knocked.

"The reasons I'm alone I know by heart…"

The door opened to reveal the headmaster and a chocolate haired angel sitting at the desk. The angel's eyes lit up when she saw the swordsman.

"But I don't wanna spend forever in the dark…"

Setsuna stepped into the room and the healer moved closer to her.

"I swear next time I'll hang on for dear life…"

"Secchan…" Konoka threw her arms around the half-demon.

"Kono-chan…" Setsuna sighed.

"If love ever gives me another try…"

Setsuna placed her hands on her princess's back and hugged her close as the song came to a finish.
