It was late at night and he felt very thirsty. He didn't know why he got thirsty all of a sudden. Nevertheless, he headed downstairs to get a drink. As he neared the kitchen, he noticed a small amount of light coming from the kitchen. "Who would be awake at this late hour of night?" he asked himself. To answer his own question, he approached the direction where the light was coming from. And then he found out that someone was still awake because the laptop was on and running. But wait, no one is awake, in front of the laptop was a sleeping brunet. He went to check what he was doing at the laptop; thinking that he might be able to help. "World history? He could've asked for my help," he said to himself. World history isn't just his favorite subject for nothing, it was also his best subject. He wanted to wake up the tensai but he looked like a little, innocent angel enjoying his sleep; it will be a waste to wake him up. So he swung 'sleeping beauty' in his arms and carried him to his (brunet) room. The lad was surprisingly light, like a girl. Unconsciously, a small smile started to grace his lips as the boy leaned on his chest. His heart also started to beat fast which made him to lose his guard. Making him trip at the last step of the stairs. Normally, he will keep his balance. However, because of hisload, he fell forward. Thus, landing on top of Fuji, who later woke up to find his lips locked with the captain's. Tezuka quickly broke the kiss as he stood up; also helping the boy he just kissed. Silence fell over them. The incident still had a hard time to register in their thoughts. But Tezuka, who first broke the kiss, was also the first one to break the silence and tension around them…

"Gomen nasai," the captain apologized.

"What exactly happened?" the tensai was confused. Waking up so suddenly and finding yourself kissing the most cold-hearted person you knew on earth was very weird; it definitely needs an explanation.

"I found you sleeping in front of your laptop and it's already late so I decided to bring you up to your room because I didn't want to disturb you. As I took you upstairs, I—" Tezuka braced himself at the term. "—tripped and that's when you woke up."

Fuji laughed as Tezuka talked especially the part when he tripped. Tezuka, on the other hand was embarrassed. His pride was hurt. He just wishes the tensai doesn't blackmail him on what happened tonight.

"Well, thanks for the trouble of bringing me here," Fuji smiled.

"Why didn't you ask for my help?" Tezuka asked.

"I thought I could do it," Fuji replied. "It was very kind of you to let me stay here for a while. I didn't want to bother you anymore."

The captain raised a brow. "You shouldn't be too hesitant, Fuji."

"Okay, since I didn't finish it, would you mind helping me tomorrow?" Fuji smiled.

"Aa," came Tezuka's cold reply.

"Arigato," Fuji thanked and quickly pecked Tezuka on the lips, making him a tint blush appear on his cheeks. "You said I shouldn't be too hesitant. Oyasumi," he then headed to his room with a sly, satisfied smile on his face.
