A soft humming sound filled the summer air. Wind rustled the grass, and crickets chirped in the heat of the sun.

A certain air bender sat in the middle of the subtle activities, a green blade of grass pressed to his lips. With every breath came a natural humming sound, the caressed and danced along the wind.

"What ya' doin', Twinkles?"

The music stopped at the sound of Tophs voice.

"Playing a blade of grass."

The earth bender raised her eyebrow, and flopped down next to Aang.

"How?"

"Well, when you blow over a piece of grass, sometimes it makes a sound."

Toph just furrowed her eyebrows in confusion.

"You try."

He handed her his piece of grass. She pressed the blade between her lips, and blew. Nothing.

"Let me show you."

Aang took back the grass and copied her movements. But when he blew, the humming sound filled the air.

"Yeah, that really helped."

He blushed. Sometimes it was so hard to remember that she was blind!

"Maybe this will help, instead."

He put the blade between her lips, and moved her arms to the right position.

"Now blow softly."

She blew again, but still no sound came out. She laughed.

"I guess my lips are talentless."

Aang smiled, an idea forming in his head.

"I'm sure they have one talent."

He pressed his lips to hers, and to his surprise, she didn't object. He cupped her face in his hands, and she wrapped her arms around his neck.

The blade of grass blew away in the wind. It's funny how one thing can turn into another.

My brother tried to show me how to play a blade of grass. I couldn't do it! hahahaha. Talentless lips.
