" And that about wraps it up, Gaara. What do you think?"

Stare.

Sakura tilted her head. He wasn't replying, just staring at her.

"Gaara…?"

Stare.

"Why…are you…staring at me?"

Stare.

Sakura started fuming. If he wasn't going to cut out that annoying stare of his, she was going to blow up.

Stare.

"WHY THE HELL ARE YOU STARING AT ME? STOP STARING AT ME!"

Stare.

"FOR KAMI'S SAKE GAARA, STOP STARING AT ME! WHY THE HELL ARE YOU DOING THIS? WHAT. THE. HELL?"

Nothing. Just a stare.

Sakura fumed silently, her eyes narrowing. Why was he staring at her? It made her really uncomfortable.

"Gaara, I swear, if you don't-"

"Shut up." The next thing she knew, he was in front of her, pinning her against the wall. His lips found hers, and he kissed her senseless.

"…Gaara…?"

"I think you're pretty."

Sakura blushed.

She blinked.

He was…staring at her…

And he thought she was pretty…

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK! PERVERT!" SLAP!

Ten minutes later a very pissed Sakura slammed out of Gaara's office, her cheeks red. She stormed out of the Kazekage tower.

Temari and Kankauro stared after her.

A few seconds later, Gaara came out of his office, holding his cheek and asking for a towel.

Kankauro looked at him. "What'd she do?"

"…Slapped me…"

"What you do?"

"Told her she was pretty…"

Kankauro thought about it for a second. He burst into laughter. "You were watching her the whole time, weren't you?"

"Hnn."

Kankauro stopped laughing. "Ah man, that's rich. Sorry, bro, but when you tend to stare at a girl instead of pay attention, she thinks you're a pervert."

Gaara mumbled a few incoherent things. He walked back into his office.

Temari rolled her eyes.

"Whoever thought our brother would turn out to be a pervert?" Kankauro laughed.

"I AM NOT! SHUT UP!"

Kankauro smirked.
