Lucarly: I had to do it. I had to write a fiction for Valentine's Day, or as I like to call it, Single's Awareness Day. Or Ha-Ha-You're-Single Day.

Alexis: Someone sounds bummed that they don't have a boyfriend this Valentine's Day.

Lucarly: Shut-up and do the disclaimer.

Alexis: Fine. Lucarly does not own Yu-Gi-Oh Gx.

Love Letters

Valentine's Day. The most celebrated and cherished holiday at Duel Acadamy.

No classes.

No uniforms.

Just a day off to spend with that special someone.

Someone special to the heart, mind and soul.

Someone that Tenjoin Asuka, Queen of the Obelisk Blue Dorm, never had.

It was a wonder to everyone why Asuka hadn't ever had a boyfriend. After all,she was the most beautiful and wanted girl in the entire school.

For the longest time, Asuka had never really been intrested in being involved with a boy. There was plenty of time, later in life, for that.

Then she met Yuki Judai. In her opinion, the most funny, carefree, and loving male you could meet.

And of course, it didn't take long for the Obelisk Queen to fall in love.

Asuka, taking advantage of the uniform-free day, wore some lightly faded blue jeans and a simple white blouse, with her golden hair tied up in a loose ponytail.

The queen sat in the soft sand of the beach, pondering about the person special to her heart. In her hand was a love letter, in a blue envelope, addressed to Yuki Judai.

Asuka listened to the tranquil sound of the waves crasing against sand, trying to calm her quick, beating heart. Asuka, of course, had written the love letter this morning, and had decided to leave it on his doorstep while he and his friends were gone.

The whole thing was really nerve-racking, although the letter was signed anonymously. Asuka wasn't quite ready to directly tell Judai her feelings for him.

She wondered with her jumpy heart;

Is it too obvious? After all, the envelope is blue, and I'm his only female Obelisk Blue friend.

No, he wouldn't be able to figure it out. Judai isn't really a bright perason.

But, what if he did?

Though, I suppose he will eventually; that's what I want, right?

But...what if he doen't feel the same?

Asuka shuddered at the thought. Her heart had never been broken in love before, nor would she ever want it to be.

Then, gaining courage, Asuka stood up and made her way up to the Slifer Red dorms. She ascended up the old stairs and quickly left the letter on his doorstep.

Asuka sighed in releif. It felt like a huge weight had been lifted off her shoulders.

Suddenly, Asuka heard a mix of male voices, and looked over to see a group of Slifer boys walking toward with a slightly red-faced Judai.

Strange.

But she had no time to think of it, she needed to leave as soon as possible.

Asuka, in no time, had fled the dingy, red dorms and returned to her own blue, mansion-like dorms.

Asuka, out of breathe from running, wiped her forehead of sweat and smiled slightly.

By now, Judai probably knew that there was someone on the island who had special feelings for him.

Then, Asuka went to entrance of her dorm, and discovered something unexpected on her doorstep.

A letter, in a red envelope.

Lucarly: Awww, how sweet! Don't you agree!?

Asuka: (starry-eyes) Yeah! Please read and review!
