Don't Cry. You're Not Alone Anymore.
A/N: Rishi just did an Azu fanfic, but Rishi really……really……..REALLY had to do this one……..XD Gomen, gomen. This is one of those serious fics that no one really writes. . . . Especially about Tomo-chan. Please enjoy////////
Rishi doesn't own aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanything. Only fan-made things, like this fanfiction! XD
Summary: She's crying again. Why do you keep crying. . . . ? I'll be here forever, so don't cry anymore. (Oneshot, bit of TomoYomi, but nothing serious.)
Yomi's cell phone woke Yomi up. Yomi grunted, picking up her cell phone and looking at the caller ID. "Tomo. . ." she muttered. She opened her cell phone. "Tomo. . . .It's four in the morning. WHAT IN HELL DO YOU WANT?!"
"Ah. . . . .Koyomi-san. . . ." The feeble voice of Tomo's thirteen year old sister, Tama, was on the other end. "I-I'm sorry. . . . .For calling so late. . . . .But could you help again. . . ?"
Yomi was silent for a second. "It's happening again? The nightmare?" she quickly asked.
"Y-Yeah. . . . .I-I don't know what to do, and mom always used to say that you. . . . ." Tama's voice sounded feeble, and Yomi could hear the screams on the other end.
"I'm coming." Yomi said. "I'll be there in a couple minutes, alight? Don't worry."
Yomi jumped out of her bed, grabbing her coat and shoes, which were always kept under her bed. "Just stay calm, okay? Panicking will only make her scream more."
"O-okay. . . . ." Tama sounded unsure. "I-If you say so."
Yomi hung up the phone and opened her window. Not again, Tomo. . . . She thought, running down the Tokyo streets. You haven't had a nightmare since we started high school.
Yes, Tomo, the wildcat high school girl, had nightmares. Nightmares where she screamed and screamed and wouldn't stop. It was a condition that couldn't be helped. This had been happening since they were both in grade school. That's why Yomi had always put up with her. In a way, Yomi pitied Tomo.
But that wasn't it. That wasn't why Yomi stayed with her.
Yomi quickly knocked on the door. Tama opened the door, and Yomi practily flew up the stairs. "Don't worry." She said to Tama. "Everything'll be alright. I promise." She gave the young girl a reassuring smile before she dashed into Tomo's room.
There was Tomo, alright, in her dog-clad pajamas, screaming her lungs out. Yomi rushed to the girl. "Tomo!" she exclaimed, grabbing Tomo. "Tomo. . . ..Snap out of it!" Yomi hugged the wildcat, tears appearing in Yomi's brown eyes. "Tomo, Tomo!" Yomi clung to the screaming girl. "Snap out of it, Tomo! You aren't alone! You have friends! So you don't need to cry!"
Yomi stayed with Tomo because Tomo was Tomo. Tomo was the girl who always smiled, always cheered everyone up, always took great enthusiasm in everything.
Because Tomo was her friend.
After about twenty minutes, the screaming stopped. Yomi put Tomo back on her bed, covering her in a Naruto-clad blanket.
Tama stood at the door to Tomo's room. "Koyomi-san, how do you do it?" she asked quietly. "She didn't respond to me at all."
Yomi turned to Tama. "Tama-chan. . . . .." Yomi smiled. "Tama-chan, you know that Tomo is an idiot, right?"
"Y-yes. . . ."
"She pents up all her frustration and all her sadness inside, and it comes out like this."
"Oh. . . . I see. . . ."
"But she doesn't need to cry out in the night. She isn't alone anymore."
Because she has me.
A/N: THE END! Hurrah. It's just been an idea that's been bugging me for awhile……Gomen, gomen! (Bows) Reviews would be nice. . . . So. . . . .How bad did it suck? I'd like to know. :D
