WARNING: This story contains a bit of Tiger/Hare. Mostly implied but its not really anything bad...unless you absolutely hate that stuff, of course. Enjoy!

Holly sighed and rolled over. She just couldn't get to sleep tonight...

She decided that she might as well stop trying. She sat straight up, and took a look around at her companions.

There was Suezo, her own monster. She had unlocked him when she was just a kid. The monster had been born talkative and, well, mildly annoying...just like it was now. But of course, like all her companions, despite his shortcomings, she still cared about him.

There was Golem, the huge, but peaceful rock giant. He hated to fight, but he did because it was nessacary. Holly felt a pang of guilt. She never did fight...

Ignoring it, she glanced over at two of her other companions...

Who weren't there.

"Tiger? Hare?" Holly asked softly, a little fearful.

Holly jumped out of her sleeping bag.
"Tiger? Hare?" she asked louder.
No answer.

SNAP!
Holly's head whirled around. She took off in the direction of the sound.

Sneaking behind a tree, Holly drew out her dagger -- just in case.
Then Holly, well, had to giggle.
Behind the tree Tiger and Hare were sleeping next to each other, both of them smiling very happily.
Holly smiled to herself. She put her dagger back in its sheath. Slowly she tiptoed next to Tiger, and leaned down right next to his ear.

"Ooohhh Ttttiiigggeerrr...." she whispered in the blue and white monster's ear.

Seconds later, he bolted awake. "What? What? Where?" he asked, looking all around himself.
Holly giggled. Hare gave a groan as he woke up.

Tiger blinked. "What are you doing here, Holly?" he asked.
Holly smiled. "Oh, nothing. I just woke up because I heard something...and..."
Both Tiger and Hare instantly paled.
Hare bolted up to the teenager. "Please don't anyone, Holly! We're your friends, and we'll do anything!" he begged.
"SHUT UP, HARE!" barked Tiger. Hare sighed, but he did as told.

"Now, now, I won't tell anyone, you two..." Holly rested her chin with her hand, and paused.
"As long as you two cook dinner for the next two weeks!" she declared.

"But...how?" asked Tiger. Hare shook his head.
"It's really very simple, Tiger...first, you realize we've been blackmailed..."
Hare suddenly stopped as Tiger began growling. Seconds later, Tiger began chasing him.

Holly shook her head and took off after them.
"Guys! You'll wake everyone up again! Do you really want to deal with a cranky Suezo?" she asked them.
Tiger and Hare both stopped. Holly ran up to them.
They seemed to be whispering to each other, she noted. Immediately she began to feel a little worried.

Hare nodded, and turned to Holly, giving her a devilish grin.
"How about we change our little agreement? You tell no one about us and we won't tell anyone you like Genki. How's that?" he asked.

Holly turned bright red. "But...I don't like Genki!" she protested.

It was Tigers turn to grin. "Oh, of course you don't. That's why you're always so nice to him, and always so worried about him, and..."

Holly blushed even deeper. "Okay, so maybe I do, but..." she whispered.

"AHA!" cried Hare triumphantly. "HEY, GEN---"

He was stopped by Holly promptly whacking him on the head.

Tiger just sweatdropped.

"You spill, I spill." Holly said calmly.

Hare gave a discouraged sigh. "Oh, well, I'll just find him alone some time..."

"How about we go to bed?" Tiger suggested.
