Disclaimer: I only own the poem...Nothing else
Pain rushing through my heart
blood pooling
tears falling
my love lying motionless
upon the cold stone floor
and my heart breaks
As I lift her
from her place
her blood still falling
my tears stain her face
and my heart breaks
I should have listened
my father warned me
the dangers of love
cost more then just money
and my heart breaks
I race into the medical centre
tears salty in my mouth
trying to get help
nobody listens, nobody cares
and my heart breaks
My love dies in my arms
I try to bring her back
she gasps her last breath
shudders and dies
and my heart breaks
Cold winds blowing
her casket lowered
snow swirling down upon us
I wonder why she did it
and my heart breaks
