Raphael had never run across someone so skilled in the art of disclosure. So adept in the ability to find him no matter where he hid.

The shadows did no good, bright spotlights might as well have been covering him.

Behind closed doors was useless, even though it should have not been able to get through, especially considering it didn't even have hands. But somehow, someway his strange adversary managed to pry the thing open, only to attack him as it jumped on top of him, leaving Raph surprised by the creatures prowess, yet full of fury that he had been discovered once more.

After finally shaking loose he tried next to surround himself with noises, maybe the thing couldn't discern him through that all. Maybe it would lose interest.

But it didn't. He had been caught once more.

Words sprang out of Raph's mouth, language that would have left Splinter's ears tilted backwards in reproof, his whiskers twitching.

And still he ran.

Jumping over obstacles, nearly loosing his balance when slick tile met his hurried feet. His stalker following after in easy pursuit. Finding some food he threw it at the thing, hoping maybe if it ate, it would leave him be, wouldn't find him so appealing.

Finally.

Relief flooding through him as his body slid down a wall until he managed to sit in tense silence. His breathing heavy from the exhaustion of trying to outsmart his pursuer, it regulating slowly as he realized he had managed to escape it. A smile building up on his usually rigid face until halting it's construction.. Raphael had been caught once more.

Not moving fast enough the entity dug sharp claws into his usually tough skin, causing him to yelp out in pain. Also making Raph loose his restraint. He had had enough of being shadowed. Of being made a fool of no matter where he went. And especially of being outsmarted at his own game.

He was a ninja! It shouldn't have been possible.

Taking out his sais he brandished them in front of him. Pointing them downward at the creature. Pleasure flooding his system as it poured out into his outward exterior and created a very large grin.

The thing stopped and looked at him. Wide eyes meeting his. A noise spilling out of the creature that sounding like a hoard of bees. And then it rubbed against him, the noise becoming louder and louder, hypnotizing Raphael as it made him drop his weapons.

And then it spoke.

"Meow."

Raphael knew he should have never petted the stupid cat.
