Kira sighed as ran his hand through his unkempt hair. He and his girlfriend, Athrun just had another fight. Athrun was previously his best friend until he confessed so Kira was grateful that Athrun felt the same way but now that they're together problems just seem to fall on them one after the other.
Their last fight wasn't that bad. Athrun cried but he managed to make up to her. This time seemed different though. The emerald-eyed girl was becoming insecure about their relationship, thinking that he was starting to like Lacus which was not going to happen. Ever. They were just good friends.
He sighed again. As if getting Athrun's father's approval of their relationship wasn't causing enough problems for him.
Kira thought for a moment. Athrun doesn't want to talk to him; Patrick would kill him over the phone if he called and going to her house would be tantamount to suicide. After a while Kira decided to do the only thing his mind came up with: writing Athrun a letter.
He sat on his desk and reached for a paper and pen and began writing.

It's been two days already and still no reply or anything from Athrun. Kira was already starting to think that she wanted to end their relationship. He opened his locker and noticed a letter fall off. Wondering who sent it, he picked it up and read it.
