Hey, guys -- it's been a while since I've posted up at ffnet. It's summer, though, so I have time to post this up -- a small RyoSaku drabble that I wrote in October of last year.

She's getting better. It's evident to him one summer afternoon as she practices on his tennis court (only his, no one else's - he makes sure of that) and her figure draws such graceful lines and curves that it almost seems as if their dance together is choreographed...except that it's not.
No, far from it. Just like their relationship, her figure, no matter how easy it looks for her to return that ball of his, is full of flaws.
But she keeps working at it - ringing his doorbell everyday ever since school let out, brushing her lips against the side of his face before smiling and striding to the court out back.
She keeps working at it - to make him proud to be Ryuuzaki Sakuno's boyfriend.
Watching her now, he decides he'll work at it too (the relationship, of course - not the tennis), because even though he's already quite proud of her, he wants to make sure she knows it.
