One day, as the Rookie 9 and Team Gai were in the library, looking up some new jutsus, Ten-Ten found one that was very interesting. It was called Horror Jutsu. So everyone went outside to try it.

Horror Jutsu

Depending on who you are, this technique will transform you into the scariest thing possible.

Neji was the first to take a stab at it. "Horror Jutsu!" A thick cloud of smoke erupted and everyone struggled to get a look as the smog dissipated. He transformed into a giant spider.

Kiba let out a barking laugh. "You call that scary?!"

Somehow, Neji's spider-form managed to cast a cold glare at Kiba. "Let's see you try then!"

With a smirk, Kiba formed the hand seals, shouting,"Horror Jutsu!" With another puff of smoke, Kiba's new form slowly came into view. Mixed reactions could be heard amongst the shinobi -- gasps, snickers, and perhaps a whimper from a shy Hyuuga.

Kiba surveyed himself with interest but his inspections were cut short. "This is one cheap technique," said Shino, who had already gotten bored with the technique. Kiba glared at him.

The pink-haired Sakura piped up rather excitedly, eager to try a new technique. "Let me try!" she shouted giddily.

"Horror Jutsu!"

As the smoke evaporated, the shinobi began to scream in horror. "It's hideous!"

"It's horrible!"

"Mommy!"

Sakura was a little surprised. With a perplexed expression she asked,"Is it really that terrifying?" Everyone was too busy shielding their eyes and whimpering to answer though. Frowning, Sakura pulled out a hand mirror she kept on her, glancing curiously at her reflection.

"What the -- I haven't changed at all!"

"Look at what you've done to me! I look hideous!" screamed her reflection. Sakura's eyes bugged out in shock, her mouth gaping open. Regaining composure, Sakura shook her head quickly.

"B-but.. you don't look any different from before I tried the jutsu."

"I know, I know!" cried the reflection. It was close to tears, sobbing pathetically. "It's all your fault! Why couldn't I have been someone else's reflection!? Hinata, Ino, Ten-Ten, Shizune, Temari, even Tsunade for Kami's sake -- anyone! But nooo! I had to be your stinking reflection! I HATE YOU!"

Suddenly, the reflection leaped out of the mirror, and Sakura stumbled backwards. In a matter of mere seconds, Sakura's reflection had killed her with a single kunai.

Everyone cheered with joy, screaming, "Yay!"
