Title: Lazy Day
Disclaimer: I don't own Gravitation.
Notes: This is the christening of my new pen name; a change had been long overdue (I used to go by 'vampie pyro'). I've also tidied up the presentation of these notes. So, here's just another short HiroxK that I wasn't quite sure how to end.

"Hiroshi, what are you doing?"

The redhead, from his position standing behind K who was sprawled across one of the many sofas in the NG building, didn't answer. It was a lazy day; Shuichi had come to work late, ranting and raving about what he and Yuki had done the previous evening, and no one had really been in the mood for it. K, out of frustration, had pulled out his gun a few times and pointed it at Shuichi's head, only lowering it when Sakano hurriedly pointed out that killing the singer wouldn't solve anything. The scarf Suguru had later used to gag him with had worked temporarily; when they realized that Shuichi couldn't sing with a gag, however, they had to rethink their plan. Eventually it was decided that an early lunch break was in order, and most of them had gone their separate ways to enjoy it.

In fact, K and Hiro were the only two of them who were still in the building, and at that moment they were in a room that didn't seem to have much of a purpose except to provide a place for people to lounge around during their breaks. No one else was in there due to it only being 11:00 in the morning. Lunch break wasn't usually for another hour and a half.

Vaguely irritated about not getting a reply, K idly drew his gun and pointed it behind him. He could feel Hiro tugging lightly at his hair; not hard enough for him to be able to tell what the guitarist was actually doing. "I'll ask you again, Hiroshi. What are you doing?"

It took a few moments, but finally the mumbled response came. "Braiding your hair."

If he hadn't been feeling the need to be so relaxed, K would probably have fired a few shots behind him. As it was, he didn't want his hair braided, but he didn't have the willpower to do anything about it except say, "I'd appreciate it if you didn't."

The tugging continued and K brought his gun back down to his side, a bit peeved that Hiro was ignoring him so blatantly. Even worse was the fact that he was so unwilling to do anything about it. It wasn't like him at all. He blamed the day. It was too lazy.

Only when Hiro appeared in front of him, grinning from ear to ear and dangling a thin, unsecured braid in front of his face, did he decide that perhaps he needed a better excuse.
