THIS TIME IT REALLY IS GOODBYE...
"Naruto... Please... forgive me..." a raven haired teen cried, holding a certain blonde by the shoulders. "Sasuke..."
"UCHIHA!!"
"!?!"
"Don't you touch him!!"
"Gaara...?" Naruto's eyes widened. "Why are you here, Gaara...?"
"Uh... Uhuk!" Gaara kneeled and coughed blood. Naruto gasped and ran towards the red head. "Gaara!" He held the suna nin. "You baka! You're supposed to be in the hospital! You're still sick, Gaara!" Naruto said, panicked.
"Naruto..." Sasuke bit his lip. He frowned. "NARUTO!! STOP IT!! WHY ARE YOU HELPING HIM!? HE'S A MONSTER, NARUTO!! LEAVE HIM ALONE!! YOU'RE SUPPOSED-"
"SHUT UP!!" Naruto cut off the Uchiha. "GAARA'S NOT A MONSTER!! HE'S MY FRIEND!! HE'S KIND AND GENTLE! AND HE'S MUCH MORE LOYAL THAN YOU'LL EVER BE, SASUKE!!"
Sasuke felt his tears roll down his cheeks. "Why...? I was confused, Naruto... But I'm back now!! I'm back for YOU!! I've... I've changed, Naruto... I've changed because I love you..." He cried. Naruto gasped. He looked at Gaara. Gaara shook his head. "Please... Don't Naruto... Don't... Don't... Don't... DON'T NARUTO!!"
Naruto whispered a "sorry" and laid the suna-nin down. Gaara's tears welled up. "No!! No! NARUTO!!" Gaara stood up quickly. He's gonna leave me!! Naruto's going to Sasuke!! It's not fair!! NARUTO!!
"NARUTO!!" Gaara screeched.
Naruto turned, glancing at the red head. "I'm sorry..."
"NO!! DON'T, NARUTO!! DON'T!! DON'T LEAVE ME!! DON'T LEAVE ME!! DON'T!!"
"SHUT UP, GAARA!!" Naruto cried, tears strolling hard. "I... I..."
"Naruto..." Sasuke wrapped the blonde.
"I... I guess... this time it really is goodbye, Gaara..."
Pale green eyes widen. "Wh... What...?"
"Gaara, I..."
"Naruto... Why...?" Gaara cried.
Naruto sighed. "I... I love Sasuke..."
"What!? WHY!?"
"I just don't love you no more."
"..." Gaara froze. No... No... Why...? I... I've changed... I've changed, right...? Then... why...?
"Gaara...?"
"B... BUT I'VE CHANGED!! I'VE CHANGED, NARUTO!! I'VE CHANGED FOR THE BETTER!! I'VE CHANGED FOR YOU!! I LOVE YOU, NARUTO!! I LOVE YOU!!" Gaara burst into tears. Naruto felt his tears stroll.
"Gaara... I'm sorry... But..."
"WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO!? WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO MAKE YOU LOVE ME, NARUTO!? TELL ME!! TELL MEEE!!" Gaara choked. Naruto cried. Sasuke placed his hand on Naruto's shoulders.
"Come on, Naruto."
Naruto nodded.
"Naruto...?" Gaara jammed his eyes so he could see better. "Naruto...? Where are you going...?"
"Stop it, Gaara. Naruto loves me more. He doesn't love you anymore." Sasuke glared. Gaara drop his head to the earth. He sniffed.
"I'm alone again... Alone again... Alone..." Gaara cried.
"I guess this time it really is goodbye..."
