Noises

Dean grunts as Sam presses him into the shower wall. He groans as Sam lifts him up, wraps Dean's legs around his waist. It's when Sam widens Dean's opening, using his large fingers and the cheap motel's conditioner as lubricant, it's then that he whines. Sam rubs his nub relentlessly, over and over again, the echoes that bounce off the wet tiles make Dean think he's screaming louder than he should. He's about to care, but that's when Sam lifts his hips further and guides himself in. It's only a few moments, a few thrusts later, that Dean realizes he's gone hoarse. That's when he presses his mouth to Sam's naked shoulder, a poor attempt to mask the helpless noises that his throat seems to make without his permission.

As Sam slows down, the hoarse screams for more change from high-pitched mewling to breathless gasps.

The deeper Sam thrusts, the more breathless Dean becomes.

Dean's muscles go limp, tired from the strain, and his brain can't quite make his hand, his fingers, twist in Sam's wet hair, no matter how much he wants to. It's Sam holding him closer, tighter, that's what gives him the energy to fist Sam's hair, it allows him to hold Sam close. Afterwards, when Sam helps his tired body out of the shower and into the should-be-soft-but-isn't bed, Dean will deny that he screamed like a girl when he came all over his brothers chest, but it's too soon to do that now, he's coming and he can't recognize his own voice, but he knows he's telling Sam that he loves him, and he knows that Sam's deep voice is saying the same.
