It was 2.00am Raven was in the towers indoor swimming pool doing laps of the pool. She would always do this when she couldn't sleep .She loved to swim she had never told anyone. she had once told beastboy that "I don't do swimming" when he was begging her to come to the beach with the others and him.
She stopped and got out to dry her self off but she heard the door open and someone was walking down the stairs she didn't know what to do she panicked and stepped backwards and fell straight in to the pool "OH MY GOD WHAT IF SOMEONE SEE'S ME!" her mind screamed "I know I will simply transport to my room hehehe!" just as she was about to transport out of there she saw a green blur jump in to the pool in front of her. "OUT OF ALL PEOPLE IT HAD TO BE HIM DIDN'T IT!" ravens mind screamed as beastboy swam around in the water. Raven popped her head out of the water and took a deep breath and went back under to come face to face with…beastboy.
she jumped up out of the water and covered her self with the purple towel that she had brought down with her beastboys face appeared from out of the water all of his hair was dripping and he had the big cheesy grin on his face according to raven he looked pretty dam hot! "Her raven I thought you didn't DO swimming" he said laughing "shut it beastboy!" raven said and began to walk towards the stairs "NO Rae please come and swim with me for just a little bit? Please" he begging scrambling out of the pool "you must be joking" she said and carried on walking. Beastboy ran in front of her "please raven just one little swim. And I will do your dishes duty for the rest of the month!" he said smiling hopefully "mmmm…fine ONE little swim" she said pushing past him and throwing her towel to one side and going over to the pool side. Beastboys eyes wondered over her body "wow ravens a babe!" his wisped and continued to check her out "erm…beastboy are you gonna stand there all day staring at me or are you gonna come and swim" raven said doing a very high dive in to the pool beastboy quickly followed.
Raven and beastboy swam at different sides of the pool feeling very shy but then beastboy got a very good idea. Raven looked around the pool and couldn't see beastboy "b...beastboy where are you?" raven said looking round "this is not ATALL funny!" she shouted and looking down to the deep end of the pool to see a very big dark shadow coming towards her she watched as a big fin emerged out of the water she began to swim away but looked behind her it was almost up to her she stopped and screamed as something that looked kinda like something out of the jaws movie but green jumped out of the water but suddenly the shark turned in to beastboy and dragged her under she kicked him off and swam to the surface beastboy followed roaring with laughter "beastboy you little grass stain!" she screamed at him "sorry rae I was only trying to have a little fun!" beastboy said in his defence "well it wasn't fun to me!" she said climbing out of the pool and walking up the stairs "raven please don't go" beastboy said running after her "why shouldn't I?!" she shouted at him "because I don't wanna loose your friend ship" beastboy cried still chasing after her "to bad!" she said bluntly "please raven you're my best friend" raven come to a halt "…best friend?" she said looking at him "the best there is" he said with a smile "I don't want to be your best friend beastboy"
"what why!?" he said his heart breaking
"Because…best friends don't do this" she said her lips crashing down on his. His eyes went wide as her arms wrapped around his neck beastboy didn't get time to respond she broke the kiss and went to run away. He wrapped his arms around her hips and pulled her close "well I defiantly don't wanna be best friends any more" he said with a smile and kissed her hard on the lips
