"To the world you may be one person
but to one person
you may be the world"
-Bill Wilson
It had started like any other day in the quiet mountain town of South Park. A fresh layer of snow glistened in the early morning sun. The suns rays shone through the window of Wendy Testaburger.
Bzz. Bzzz. Bzzz.
A figure rolled over and a hand peeked out to snooze the alarm and rolled back over. Wendy was everything but the girl next door. She had looks, a bright mind, popularity and if someone pushed her far enough they'd be sorry. Wendy was going to go places and complete her goals. The only thing missing was that special someone. Sure there was Stan and then Token, but those relationships ended and left a void in her.
Bzz. Bzzz,. Bzzz.
Rolling over to shut the alarm for the final time, one last image flashed before her eyes in her mind. Sat up in her bed, stretched getting ready for the day and events to come. She closed her eyes once more to let the warmth of the sun's rays made her feel refreshed. While she did that, that same image came back once more. Today was the day she was going to tell him.
On her way to school with her best friend Bebe of so many years couldn't stop thinking about him and how she was going to tell him. Bebe had definitely knew from the minute they met up, something was going on. Bebe wanted to know.
"Wendy, what's going on with you today?"
Nothing. Wendy kept staring off into space with a dreamy look. Bebe waved a hand in her face.
"Wendy, hello you there?"
"Huh? What?" she said.
"Wendy, what's the deal with you today, your acting all spaced out?"
"Oh, I hadn't really noticed but I'll tell you anyway"
"What is it?"
"Remember back in fourth grade when we had that debate and I had feelings for Cartman and you told me it was just 'sexual tension' and I kissed him to get it out of my system?"
"Yea" pause as it dawned on her. "Oh...oh ohhh! So are you going to tell him?"
"Yes" and with that last answer they reached school and entered the building.
The morning went by very quick and so did lunch and the rest of the afternoon. The only time that felt like forever was the one or two of classes she had with him. She couldn't wait until school was let out to let her confess her innermost feelings for him. That final moment came and school was let out. She bid goodbye to her friends and rushed home for what she was going to do in about an hour. At home she raced up to her room to change and get herself prepared for this moment she's been waiting for. She changed into a purple pleated skirt and black one shoulder top, reapplied her makeup. The clock hanging in the hallway ticked loudly through the house, every tick made Wendy ecstatic to the breaking point. It was finally time as Wendy checked her watch and smiled to herself.
"Its time" and off she went.
She walked off into the direction of his house feeling overjoyed, that she almost ran there because it would make her complete. A few minutes later she reached his house, she rang the doorbell and waited in anticipation. From inside she could hear his voice and then an aggravated grunt, then she heard footsteps and the sound of the door opening. This was it, in the next moment the door was open and there he stood. Wendy practically threw herself at him and said
"Cartman, I love you and I always will. It came to me finally that you are the one that completes me and that's what attracts me to you, along with some of your looks."
She kissed him to let him absorb all of what she just said and he said "Wendy, I love you too." Wendy hugged him and they kissed.
