The Art Of Handcuffing
Summary: "Handcuffing can be very interesting" Not what you think it is, I promise. Just some Tate humour.

A/N: Post Good wives club. A pretty meaningless oneshot. Set just after the end of Good Wives Club. Already established Tate-relationship!

"Interesting case, huh?" Tony said after they walked down the stairs from MTAC. His head was still aching a bit but he tried to ignore it.
"Very bizarre, if that's what you mean with interesting" Kate replied.
"But seriously, to have such power to make someone agree to be handcuffed in a room underground like that. That power...it must be like...being Gibbs" Tony lowered his voice at the last part was his boss and McGee walked a few feet before them. Gibbs and McGee reached the bottom of the stairs and turned right to walk back to the bullpen.
"Tony, that priest was a psycho. He manipulated those poor women. Gibbs doesn't manipulate" Kate said even though Tony's statement might have hold a bit of truth. Tony stopped in the middle of the stairwell.
"That's it! Gibbs is manipulating us to do what he want. I'm being brainwashed"
Kate chuckled. "You've always been strange, Tony. It's not because of Gibbs. But I'm glad you finally realized it" she teased. "Besides...-" she added with a mischievous glint in her eyes. "Handcuffing...can be very...interesting" she said and then continued down the stairs, knowing that she'd definitely caught Tony's attention. Tony quickly ran after and caught her by the waist just as she reached the last step. In a swift move he pulled her left, around the corner where they couldn't be spotted from the bullpen.
"So...handcuffing...huh?" he said with a smirk. Kate's arms immediately moved up around his neck as he held her.
"Uh huh..." she lowered her voice so no one would overhear.
"You have naughty thoughts, ms Todd" Tony whispered in her ear.
"You have no idea..." she teased "You should be more careful, DiNozzo"
"Oooo, is that a threat?" He raised his eyebrow and tightened his grip of her with a grin on his face.
"Nah, more like a warning" Kate said and smiled.
Tony grinned and then leaned down and pressed soft kiss onto her lips. "We should go back" Kate said when they parted. "Gibbs will catch us"
"If you say so...See you at home" he murmured. Smiling, Kate slipped her hand into the pocked of his pants and fingered with his handcuffs.
"Be careful, Tony" Kate withdrew her hand and lightly kissed him. She then slid out of his arms and strode back to the bullpen.
"Where's DiNozzo?" Gibbs asked without looking up from his papers.
"Oh, no idea" Kate replied and sat down.
"Sure he's not handcuffed somewhere?" Gibbs commented after a moment of silence. He surpressed a smile when he saw the expression on Kate's face. Her eyes had widened in shock and her mouth hang open as she tried to form coherent sentences.
"What's up?" Tony chose that moment to enter the bullpen where McGee was watching the scene unfold, amusement all over his face.
"Kate?" Tony turned to his girlfriend for an answer. By now the shock was off and she just seemed embarrassed. She nervously glanced at Gibbs before focusing on her file.
"Glad to see you got out of those handcuffs, DiNozzo" Gibbs said and stood up to leave. In the corner of his eye he saw McGee's amusement and Tony's shocked expression, pretty similar to the one Kate had worn only ten seconds ago.
