AN:Okay! It took 3 days! And being sick! BUT! I got it posted! Yea, I couldn't sleep ant this poped into my head... so wrote it down... Can be slash if ya want... THIS PROBLY HAS BAD GRAMMAR!!!

He walked through the doors of the schools cafeteria, school had ended over two hours ago but he was hoping to nick a snack before heading home. He wondered toward the counter and peered over it. What he saw caused him to gasp. Danny Fenton was huddled in the corner between the wall and the counter, shaking and mumbling to himself. He moved around the counter to get closer.

"Don't let him find me. He can't find me. He wont. He wont."He heard. The smaller boy whisper. He continued to say things like this, asking for someone not to find him, not to hurt him, that they wont find him. He slowly moved closer, and Danny looked up. What he saw shocked him. Danny's eyes were flooded with pure animalistic fear. Who could cause such fear? In Danny none the less? It was scary. "He wont find me right?" The question shocked him, who was he talking about, who was trying to hurt him?

"Who?" He discreetly pulled him closer to his chest, smiling lightly as he felt the boy relax against him.

"Everyone."

The voice was so broken, so helpless. It broke his heart. He felt compelled to reassure the smaller boy, to protect him. "They might Danny, but I will always be here to protect you."

Danny snuggled closer to his chest, slowly wrapping his arms around his torso, whispering a broken "promise?"

"I promise," Dash whispered. "I promise."
