The Final End?

At Bannerman Road and WizTech time just seemed to swirl around the two locations and their occupants, as the planet seemed to return to the spot in time before the Daleks attacked. Mr. Smith and Crumbs monitored the reconstructing of the time line as it was happening as the universe rewound outside.

Soon it was blue skies and the world back to what it was before Davros and the Daleks. Another year that never was.

Once the world was returned Ruthie and Dolly immediately went to search for Heather, Robbie Ray, Moesby, Sarah Jane, Alistair, Theresa, Jerry, President Martinez, Chef Victor, Martha, Gwen, Tosh and Ianto. With the help of Mr. Smith, U.N.I.T., and the resources of Wiztech Ruthie, Dolly, Seth, Sara, Jack Bruno, Alex Kingston, Oswald, Benton, Yates, Lucas, Arwin, Carey, Giselle, Robert Morgan and Professor Crumbs the Russos, Moesby, Robbie Ray, Heather, Martha, Chef Victor and President Martinez were found and had no memory of what Davros had done. Sir Alistair also returned to his home ensuring U.N.I.T. gave all the assistance to Ruthie and Dolly they needed.

"Much obliged Sir Alistair." Dolly said over the line slightly flirting with the military legend. Sir Alistair nodded mentioning that he was already married. Ruthie muttered how Dolly would not add another ex-husband to the list.

In the case of Sarah Jane she just walked into the door of her own house with Luke, who was waiting outside with no idea how he got there, or where his friends were. They both entered their Bannerman Road house only to find several strangers inside. Once Mr. Smith and K-9, who was back in the Black Hole vault brought them up to speed they joined in with the search for the other adults, most notably the Torchwood team. Many of them were back where they were before the Daleks attaked. Jack Harkness made contact indicating that he and his team were all okay, and that the world seemed to be back as it was supposed to be, with no memory of what Davros had done.

Also found were many of the kids lost to the Time Wraiths. Now restored with no memory of what happened themselves. The Duncans, CeCe Jones, Rocky Blue, Corbin Bleu, Gunter and Tinka, Deuce, Bailey Pickett, Amber Addison, Ashley DeWitt and Rico Suave. Even Jake Ryan and Mikayla were found...in Antarctica...in a compromising position the paparazzi would have had a field day with. Jordan Pruitt was released from Torchwood custody and went home as soon as a flight was available. Her family was worrying, she had no doubt.

However, even though the adults and lost kids had been found there were still Miley and her friends missing. Lola, Oliver, London, Maddie, Zack, Cody, Raven, Chelsea, Eddie, Shane, Jason, Nate, Alex, Mitchie, Phil, Pim, Keely, Maria, Clyde, Cory, Meena, Newt, all of them still on the TARDIS with the Doctor, still travelling to who knows where.

All the adults agreed to meet. Sarah Jane's house was seen as the best place to meet up. Soon everyone was wondering how they were going to contact the TARDIS and get the kids home. Martha had said "I tried calling the Doctor, but there seemed to be no response." Mr. Smith responded saying "There is some temporal energy interference left over from the temporal rewrite. The residual energy could be disrupting time cell communications."

"How long until that energy goes completely?" Robbie Ray asked. "A week at most." Heather said that she didn't want to wait a week to talk to her daughter. "Nor I my sons." Carey added.

"I could go a week. Maybe longer." Moesby had said thinking of the twin boys that terrorized his hotel. It was then Alistair gave a recommendation. "I still have the transgalactic telegraph the Doctor left me with years ago. We can contact the Doctor with that."

"Can it break through the temporal interference?" Jack Bruno asked. Mr. Smith had said "Transgalactic telegraphs are considered old devices for communication, much like rotary phones are to this current time."

"And some of those old phones have even worked even when power is out at the farm." Dolly added. Seth added "It is possible the old power and signaling could cut through the interference as it may only affect new model temporal communications?"

"So an old time telegraph can work when time cells don't" Martha asked. Sara added "It's a possibility."

"But the only one there is." Robert added with Giselle. "I say do it." Everyone agreed and soon the message was sent. Two words 'Call home'.

No response came. At least not an immediate one.

In fact it had been days before there was any indication that there was a response to their message. And when the response came it was not in a way that anyone expected.

After many nights of waiting Robbie Ray went to sleep, and could swear that he heard his daughter's voice. A voice that whispered "Dad. Daddy." Robbie Ray shot himself awake and could have sworn he knew where to go.

After many days of journeying Robbie Ray and the entorage of adults came to where the whispering voice told him to go, the top of Monteagle in Tennessee. Alistair had arranged a military transport jet from Britain to the States with military transport to the mountain in Tennessee called Monteagle. Sarah asked Luke to remain behind, and asked Maria's dad to look in on him. She promised to bring Maria home. Mr. Jackson would see that Sarah Jane Smith kept her word.

Once the adults arrived in the states the drive up Monteagle had begun. It had been tedious as they had arrived during a fog bank that made visibility nonexistent. But once at the top there was a hotel for the adults to sleep in. Moesby hoped Mr. Tipton would not mind if he stayed at a competitor's hotel, even if it was on the cheap. It was necessary to help find London. Everyone was anxious to find their missing kids.

Soon morning came and Miley's voice woke Robbie Ray from his sleep. He then went to the other rooms to wake them up to go where the images would appear. A clearing not far from the hotel.

Soon everyone was awake and heading to the clearing. Robbie Ray looked around to see where his daughter would appear. After a few minutes of waiting a ghostly image of Hannah appeared before him. Back in her wig, dressed in a white jacket with pants and yellow shirt and boots. "Dad?" the Hannah hologram said.

Robbie Ray looked at the image, seemingly in front of him and yet not at the same time. "Bud? Is that you?"

"Yeah Daddy, it's me." the Hannah hologram said as it seemed like tears were falling down her face. A mix of happiness and sadness across her face as she felt the same way her father did. They could see each other, but they couldn't touch each other. Wiping the tears away Hannah had said "Sorry dad."

"Nothing to be crying about darlin." Robbie Ray said. "How are you doing this anyway?"

"The Doctor did this once to send a message across universes." Hannah explained. "It was so he could say goodbye to a friend. He said at first he looked like a ghost when he used it. Can you see me? Do I look okay?"

Robbie Ray looked at the image and said "Barely sweetheart. Can't you look a little more solid?"

"The Doctor's fixing it now." Hannah said as she looked off to the side and a whirr of the Sonic Screwdriver was heard in the background. Soon her image appeared solid, but still couldn't be touched.

"Where are you bud?" Robbie Ray asked with a mix of confusion and concern. "We were all told strange things happened, but none of us remember them. The people Dolly and Ruthie came back with said time was rewritten, and you had something to do with it."

"A lot of us did. Thanks to the Doctor and the TARDIS." Hannah said with a blush. She then looked serious again as she then said. "As for not remembering, be glad you don't. I don't think you'd want to relive what happened again. None of us would."

"What about the others?" Moesby asked showing his worry. "London? Maddie?" Summoning up his courage he even said "Zack? Cody?"

"We're here Moesby." Zack said as Hannah seemed to step aside for London Tipton, Maddie Fitzpatrick, Zack Martin and Cody Martin to step in. Moesby sighed a sigh of relief but also a worrisome sigh as he knew he'd be dealing with twin terror antics again. The boys then turned their focus to Carey as Cody said "Hi mom." Waving to her as he greeted her.

"Hi boys." Carey had said showing the same tears of happiness that her boys were safe, yet sadness as she couldn't hold them. "When are you coming home?"

"Hopefully not too soon." Moesby had said. Correcting himself he added "But not too late either." Carey gave Moesby a look that said 'Nice save' as Maddie then spoke. "The Doctor has something in mind of a big return. We're trying to get to Disneyworld for a concert."

"A concert?" Robbie Ray asked confused. "Who's concert?"

"Mine." Hannah said appearing in the image again. "The Doctor said that in order to ensure that Hannah's returned it needs to be on a grand stage. A return concert will do that."

"What will you be performing?" Robbie Ray asked trying to wrap his mind around the idea of a Hannah concert with Hannah not on the planet, nor knowing what she's going to be doing. He had always been by her side when it came to concerts. When he couldn't he made sure someone he trusted would be there. It was his duty as Hannah's manager. "How will you be here for rehearsal?"

"My image will be here while we are rehearsing." Hannah explained. "I'm also asking Connect 3 to take part." Upon hearing Connect 3 Robbie Ray looked like a gauntlet struck him. They had reputations as 'ladies men' and 'skirt chasers' and Nate had some experience with Hannah. "Connect 3?" he asked worried

"Yes sir." Shane said appearing in the holo image trying to sound as modest as he could.. Also standing with him were his brothers Jason and Nate, also looking humble before the adults. "Don't worry we're on our best behavior, we have an adult chaperone." Nate had responded.

"You don't mean the Doctor do you?" Sarah Jane asked. Before any kid could answer she then added "I'm not sure I'd call the Doctor an adult. He may be over 900 years old, but I swear he acts like a child." After giving her two cents Maria and Clyde's then appeared in the imager.

"He's being a responsible adult Sarah Jane. Don't worry about that." Maria had said being as reassuring as possible. Clyde then added "He's just finding getting us home on the first try difficult." Sarah shook her head smiling as she then said. "That sounds like the Doctor. Or rather it sounds like the TARDIS."

"We're actually having quite a bit of fun." Mitchie had said taking a spot in the imager. Caitlyn, Margaret, Ella and Tess also stood in the imager. "Just been to Rio DeJanero in the 22nd Century." Margaret then said "Also, need to watch about overfarming in the region. Too much and the eco system in the Brazilian Rain Forest will collapse." Caitlyn added.

"And no war will help." Ella added. "Not that one ever did." Tess then said "With corporations pursuing asteroid mining and lunar mining no one will care."

"And that's all the information on the future we can give today." the Doctor said moving the Camp Rock girls on while Raven and her friends came on stage. "Hey daddy." Raven said. Chelsea and Eddie added "Hey Mr. Baxter."

"Hey kids." Chef Victor said happily rushing to hug the image only for his body to go through the images. A reminder that his family was not really here, yet. He felt a wave of sadness go through him as he knew his kids were not home yet. After getting his bearings he then talked to the images of his kids before him. "So, you're working on Hannah's big return show too?"

"Yeah, I'm putting Hannah's wardrobe together." Raven said anxious for the opportunity. Chelsea then added "There's a lot of clothes to work with in this closet the Doctor's got." Chef Victor breathed a sigh of relief that his daughter and friends were safe, not to mention his son Cory. Chef Victor then asked "Cory, are you behaving?"

"Yes Mr. Baxter he is." Newt said appearing on screen. Meena also was with them. She added "He hasn't tried to break any planetary economies lately."

"Especially the gold market." Newt said. "For some reason gold is registered as a weapon on some planets. It's ammo for something called a 'glitter gun.'" Cory then rolled his eyes and said "I will have my name on for concert promotions though."

Chef Victor smiled a bit. "So Cory Baxter Enterprises is getting into concert promotions?" he asked. Cory said "Hannah says I have to start somewhere. And I will be helping with setup, or at least my hologram version of me will be." Chef Victor then realized that his kids were not yet home, even though they were in front of him as holograms. He missed hugging them.

"Well when are you coming home?" Chef Victor asked. Before Cory and his friends could answer Alex filled the image. "Is mom and dad here?" she asked as Raven said "How rude." Off to the side. The appearance of Alex, despite her lack of patience-and manners, prompted Jerry and Theresa to step forward. "Yeah Alex. We're here." Theresa said not hiding her relief at seeing her daughter safe. Off to the side Jerry apologized to Chef Victor for Alex's impatience.

"Hi dad." Alex said glad to see her parents, but also wanting to get home quickly. "I need to get off this Mouseketeer sailing ship disguised as a phone booth." The Doctor then hollered "Oi, it's not a phone booth. It's a police box."

"You sit in it. You make calls. It's a phone booth." Alex said back. "And yes you do have a phone! I saw a lot of the girls on it making calls." She reached over to the console and held up the phone that was there. "See? A phone. I'm in a phone booth that's bigger inside than out."

"I've heard that phrase a lot." The Doctor called from the background. Alex rolled her eyes and then turned to her parents. Taking a look of concern she then asked "Are Justin and Max all right?"

"They're good sweetheart." Theresa said. "But when are you coming home?" Everyone in the room wanted an answer to that question. Especially as it had been asked so many times. Just then Phil, Pim, Zenon and Keely came onto the screen. The three future kids waved to their parents as Keely spoke to the Diffy's.

"Mr. and Mrs. Diffy, the Doctor is working on getting his ship to land at Disneyworld where he's hoping a show will be ready for Hannah's return." Keely then said. "Especially as 'Where is Hannah Montana' is still being asked as a question. The Doctor thought, as Hannah's personal physician, that there should be no doubt as to when Hannah will return."

"Famous person, famous return." Phil had added. Still when that return was going to be was not answered. And the parents wanted an answer.

"And when's that gonna be?" Robbie Ray asked, not hiding his concern for his daughter. "What's the concert date?" Hannah then came on holospot and gave the date on when the show would be. Upon hearing the answer to that question most of the adults relaxed. Most…not all, as the rest knew how reliable the TARDIS was at making dates on time.

Reliable as in…..not very.

Mr. Diffy tried to relax the crowd by asking "Will you make it to the date on time?"

"Dad, this time machine is much different from the one in our driveway." Phil said back on the screen. "But it's just as reliable as ours too." Pim added "Which means it's probably going to take a few tries for us to get there."

"But we will get there." Lola said taking the holo spot. "And you'll see us again." Looking at Heather giving a look that said 'I love you, mom.', which Heather returned, Lola then said "All of you will see us again."

Hannah then took the platform and let her dad know the details of the return concert, where it was going to be, who was going to take part, all the details. "I'll be contacting by the hologram to help with rehersals. I'll be in the room, you just won't be able to touch me or any of the others."

"That will be hard bub." Robbie Ray said. You being in the room and not be able to give you a hug." Hannah reassured her dad and said "You will when I get back." Casting a look all the kids filled in the holo imager as if reaffirming Hannah's promise. "All of you will when WE get back." She said with finality.

"We're holding you to that." Heather had said. Hannah nodded intending to keep that promise. With that the images faded, but the adults were not too worried. Especially Robbie Ray, for he knew how determined his daughter was. He knew she meant what she said.

The Doctor was bringing Miley and the kids home. Now they just had to prepare for it.

As the days went on Hannah and her friends prepared for their return show. Working through holograms they discussed what all they wanted to do, and how they wanted to perform. They were not going to just appear and perform without some sort of preparation. The Doctor also tinkered with the TARDIS hologram projectors so that more than one hologram could appear at one time, which meant the adults didn't have to interact with the teens at just one time. They could interact with all the teens necessary for the show.

This interaction gave Moesby quite the headache however. _More kids._ he thought with an eyeroll.

Of course the preparation came in between different landings in different times and places as the Doctor and his companions had a few adventures here and there. Still they had a show to prepare and they found time between adventures.

Hannah had laid down what all she wanted to do with Robbie Ray. She wanted to do one of her usual songs and debut a new one. Connect 3 and Mitchie talked with Brown about numbers they wanted to do. Mitchie also wanted to do a performance with Alex, which Alex agreed to.

"This is going to be one rockin' performance." Mitchie said eager for the show to come. They wouldn't have to wait too long.

Hannah went to her dad's side as he said "This looks to be shaping up, bud." Hannah nodded and added "There's something else I have to mention dad." Robbie Ray looked at the image of his daughter and caught the worried tone in her voice. "What is it bud?" he then asked afraid of what the answer might be.

"The Doctor mentioned that he might want to sing." Robbie Ray caught Hannah's worried expression and wondered if it was a good idea. Something in his gut told him it might not be. "He can sing….can't he?" Robbie Ray then asked.

"The Doctor said he could sing." Hannah said answering Robbie Ray's question. She however nervously added "In two separate lives."

"That don't fill me with confidence darlin." Robbie Ray said as he also wondered if his head wouldn't explode as he thought of the Doctor's singing ability. "What's he looking to do?" he then asked.

Hannah then asked if Sarah could come over as the conversation would involve Maria and Clyde, who were brought to stand with Hannah's image. Robbie Ray brought over Sarah and she asked "What's he doing now?" wondering if she shouldn't worry about the answer.

"It's what he wants to do." Hannah said. "Sing with a chorus." Sarah Jane looked wide eyed going "What?! He's going to try that again?"

"He sang before?" Robbie Ray asked. Sarah nodded. "Heard him do a number in his third incarnation. I know he played a recorder in his second life, and the spoons in the seventh. Heard him sing opera in his sixth once. So he can do music….at times."

"He wants Maria and Clyde to be among his backup singers." Hannah said. Hannah also said the song the Doctor was going to do. Sarah buried her head in her hands and looked to Maria and Clyde. She then asked "You sure this would be all right with you?"

"We're just going to help the Doctor" Clyde said. Maria however added "He could have chosen a better song though. He insists though Pirates will be a big thing." Robbie Ray then said "Did he watch Pirates of the Caribbean movies or something?"

"How'd you know?" Maria asked sarcastically. Clyde then said "Don't worry; we'll be working on our own thing too." Pausing Clyde added "If they can get along" Clyde looked over at Maddie, London, Zack and Cody as they had done their own practicing for the chorus and their own song.

London however was being a total diva, in Maddie's mind, of course London was also trying to squeeze in 'London Tipton's really great' into the song mix. It was only the unanimous "NO!" from everyone that led to London's song suggestion being shot down. "One weird song is enough." Maddie had said.

"But it will be a fun kind of weird 'Zack' then said. London still threw a few hissy fits with Zack wondering when a catfight was going to start while Cody stood off to the side and thought about the girl named Bailey and wondered if she was all right.

"She's back home bro." Zack said. "Living her life. And you'll see her again." Cody nodded and hoped he would see her soon. "Will she be at the show?" Cody asked.

"I'm sure she will." Zack said. However his attention was soon diverted to two young dancers that were said to have come from Chicago. Zack and Cody recognized them. They were Cece Jones and Rocky Blue. Two dancers Davros had held captive.

"Whoa!" Cece had said at the rehearsal room. "I can't believe we're performing on Hannah Montana's return concert. I mean we've watched her videos on 'Shake it up' but to actually perform in her return show."

"And we don't have to see Gunther and Tinka do their annoying introduction." Rocky had said. Zack had stepped in front of Cece and Rocky and tried to act smooth. "Hi girls. Miss me?"

Cece and Rocky looked at Zack and Rocky asked "Who are you?". Zack then realized the two girls had forgotten all that had happened in New Kaled City as that time line no longer existed. Rocky then said "Excuse us we have to talk to Hannah." As she and Cece walked through Cody's image. Upon seeing Rocky walk through Cece shouted "GHOST!"

"No not ghost!" Rocky said as she calmed CeCe down. "They're holograms. Kind of like what Zoltan Grundy is working on with his new Z phone." Cece however then said "HOLOGRAM GHOSTS!" and almost tried to run when Rocky grabbed her friend's shirt. "Give her a minute. She'll come back to Earth…..eventually."

"So will we." Hannah said stepping up gathering all the dancers together. Turning to Cece and Rocky she said "Have you two led a major dance number before?" Cece and Rocky shook their heads 'no' with Hannah saying "You'll do great."

Hannah then laid out what she wanted to do for her concert. Cece and Rocky made their recommendations on how the show could progress, and Hannah took those suggestions to heart. After the routines were hammered out Cece then went to shake Hannah's hand only to go through her holographic image. Cece then shouted "HANNAH MONTANA'S A GHOST!" and tried to run for a hallway of safety.

"I'll be right back." Rocky said going after her friend trying to convince her of holograms again. After more rehearsals the practice was complete. All the performers were as ready as they would be. Now all that waited was the grand return...and the show.

"Showtime." Hannah said looking forward to what was to come.

As people flocked into the Disneyworld theme park, where the concert was supposed to be, there were no traces of the destruction brought by the Daleks, or the conversion it had gone to be New Kaled City. All of those moments and elements were erased when Miley and her friends reset the world with the temporal imprint. Snow White and the Dwarves were back. The tea cups ride had been restored, and the Magic Kingdom was back to being the prominent structure it always had been.

The only difference being that the front of the castle had been set up to be a stage. A stage where musicians were setting up for a huge concert that was to be the return of Hannah Montana. As tests were underway the crowd were starting to enter and took their seats or places to stand. Already the 'Hannah' chants were underway. Chants that only grew louder as the audience started to fill up quickly

Outside Disneyworld reporters were covering the even called 'The Return of Hannah Montana and friends.' Also in attendance were parents and lost friends that had been restored by the temporal imprint.

Also there was the girl Bailey Pickett, who was stunned to see a girl who looked exactly like her. A girl named Jessie Prescott. For a moment they wondered if they might be twins but both said "Naaaahhhhhh!" and went their separate ways

Cece's mom and Rocky's family also turned up followed by two teens that introduced themselves. The boy started first saying "I am Gunther."

"I am Tinka." The girls followed. Both then said "And we are the Hessenheffers."

Jake Ryan and Mikayla also appeared, though separately. They didn't want to talk about Antarctica and what happened. Paparazzi caught them in a compromising position. Jake wondered how Miley would react when she saw the news. Amber, Ashley and Rico also appeared as they joined Jordan Pruitt, who had come back from London. Justin Russo tried to hit on her while Max asked how she knew London Tipton.

Justin and Jordon both rolled their eyes at Max's remark. Soon everyone went to their seats with one last guest following. A guest with a reserved ticket.

The concert hall filled up as the reporter on AMNN spoke saying "For weeks teen pop sensation Hannah Montana had gone missing after a plane crash. An appearance in Boston said she was being attended to by a personal physician named Dr. John Smith along with her friend Lola Luftnagle. But since that announcement, and the riot that followed, Hannah and her friend seemed to disappear again not to be seen. Now an announcement from Hannah's manager says that she will be coming out of her mysterious seclusion with a show called 'Hannah Montana and friends' which will feature other young talents that seem to have disappeared in the past few days, like the musical group Connect 3 and heiress London Tipton. All parties were considered to possibly have been under the care of the same 'physician' that Hannah has. Some of these rumored 'friends of Hannah are the pop group Connect 3 who disappeared while touring a rock and roll music camp.".

Camera crews were also in place televising the event on pay per view. Many home buyers were buying the concert looking to watch Hannah Montana return from whatever place she had gone. A place where cameras could not even find her. At least no camera of the modern age, or in modern times.

Soon the audience was full. Chants of "Hannah! Hannah! Hannah!" were filling the air. Musicians on stage were getting nervous as they wondered what the signal for Hannah's return was going to come. Robbie Ray stood off to the side giving a sign that Hannah would arrive any moment. Looking off to the side he whispered "When are they getting here?"

"I know." Martha had said standing with Sarah, Alistair and others that had come to see the Doctor return.. "You would think that with a time machine he would be on time. But no, that's just too much to ask."

The chants got louder, and the patience got even thinner as Hannah chants started to get angrier as they were wondering where she was. Some even started to ask "Where is Hannah?" when suddenly a gust of wind seemed to swirl all around the audience pit. Everyone felt the wind circle around them and the audience wondered if there wasn't a storm coming in. Then suddenly there was a wheezing and groaning sound like an engine echoing everywhere. When the wind and engine wheezing stopped there stood on the center of the stage a blue Police Box with a lit lamp on the top. When the lamp went out Robbie Ray gave the musicians the signal to begin, and the musicians started to play their instruments signifying the beginning of the concert.

A concert that began with the song 'Rock Star'.

In the air Hannah's voice was heard. "Are you ready for Hannah Montana and Friends?". The audience roared in unison "YEAHHH!". The voice was Hannah's but Hannah was still nowhere to be seen. Then Hannah's voice started the first song.

Everyone was looking to see where Hannah was until the spotlights shone on the Police Box that appeared. Whatever was going to happen, was going to happen there.

The doors to the Police Box then opened. Hannah Montana stood in the doorway. Microphone in hand, vocals echoing everywhere.

I might even be a rock star

The audience was on their feet cheering. In the audience a Disney exec looked at the TARDIS in center stage and said "We've got to get ourselves one of those." Hannah then ran out the TARDIS door, which shut behind her, and continued to sing and dance as the number was practiced. As Hannah ran she stopped to stand on the thrust to take in the applause that gave a deafening roar of admiration.

Hannah continued to sing and dance taking in the electricity of the crowd. It had seemed like it was too long since she had been at a show singing for audiences. Now the audience was before her again. In the stands, and at their homes. She took in the applause of the crowd and the imagined applause of the home audience, seemingly getting strength from the energy of her fans. Strength that allowed her to perform the show she was doing.

The applause was deafening. Loud screams of approval were heard throughout the Disneyworld theme park. Screams directed at the girl who had just sung for the girl who had seemingly disappeared after a plane crash and now returned from a mysterious disappearance. Off stage the adults were also applauding giving their love for the brave young girl who helped save the world with her friends and a 900 year old Time Lord.

There was no doubt, Hannah Montana was back. And the smile across her face was all thr proof the audience needed, but she was not done yet.

"Thank you." Hannah said talking to the crowd as well as to the fans watching from their homes. "Thank you all." Hannah paused for a second to let the crowd die down, but they didn't. The applause continued to roar for a long time before Hannah then said "Okay, you are my life I admit it!"

With that the crowd went into one big super roar before finally dying down. Hannah then spoke. "I'm sure you are all aware what I was doing after the plane crash I was reported to be in. Well, to make a long story short me and my friend Lola have been travelling."

"And it's true travel really broadens the mind." Hannah then said which the audience took as a joke. "But really, where I've been, where Lola and I have all been really put a lot of questions into perspective for us. Where our lives have gone, where they are going to go. And what does the future hold?"

"I've never really thought about that much, the future. Lately I've found it can go many different ways. To something wonderful, to something horrible. We spend so much time wondering about the future. What's going to happen. Will it be wonderful? Will it be horrible? Well gang, let me tell you. I heard a saying that rings true to me, and I put that saying into a song." Hannah then got ready to sing her next song, with the band prepared to start at her cue. A cue that started with Hannah's next line.

"Everyone, the future is now!"

With that line music filled the air as Hannah sung her new song. The video wall behind her started showing some images of what could be another world, whether it be a futuristic world, or an alien one.

Again the audience stood up and cheered as Hannah finished her latest song. After a moment of taking the applause in she spoke to her fannahs again.

"And now I have a surprise for you." Hannah said. "Remember the concert said 'Hannah Montana and Friends' right?" The murmur of the audience confirmed that that was the name of the concert. Some of them were whispering "Is it Connect 3? Are we going to see Nate? What about Shane?" Hannah would quickly answer that question.

"Well, I brought along a few friends. They have travelled with me for a bit and now they have their own tales to tell and songs to sing. Three of them...you know their names. Shane, Jason, and Nate Grey." Hannah paused for a second thinking of Nate, while the audience went wild knowing who Hannah had meant.

"You know them. You love them...Connect 3!"

Hannah went into the Police Box she appeared in as Shane, Nate and Jason came out of the Police Box that seemed to be the center of the show. Immediately Shane took the mic lead and spoke.

"Thank you. Thank you!" Shane said taking the mike. For the longest time Shane wondered what all he was going to say. After a few seconds of hearing screaming fans there was only one thing he knew to say.

"LET'S ROCK THIS HOUSE OF MOUSE!" With that the band exploded in a burst of music with Shane taking the lead dancing and singing. His brothers by his side playing their instruments and joining in on the song they were performing. A song called 'It don't get any better.'

The audience got into the song, as well as Shane's dancing. Suddenly Shane stepped back allowing for Nate to sing the next verse.

Soon the Gray Brothers of Connect 3 joined together to sing the last part of the song. A part that was the refrain done over and over.

Soon the final instrumental came and Connect 3 ended the song with a loud note. Soon Shane took the mike ready to introduce another person to perform.

"In case you guys were wondering where Connect 3 has been the past few weeks, we've been working at a rock and roll summer camp helping to train budding new musicians. One I found helped steal my heart, and we decided we wanted to do a song together." Shane paused for a second and added "Girls don't hate her. She's a wonderful girl. You'll like her."

Stepping back Shane motioned to the TARDIS and said "Ladies and gentlemen, my girlfriend Mitchie Torres." The TARDIS door then opened and Mitchie then stepped out of the Blue Box and took the stage. She waved to the crowd and said "Hi!"

The crowd half applauded and half laughed at Mitchie's response not expecting such a response from a performer. She almost seemed like an eager cheerleader coming out to cheer for the first time. Soon however Mitchie began to speak again.

"Hey everyone." Mitchie said slightly shy performing in front of her first big crowd. "For those who don't know me, as Shane said, my name is Mitchie Torres. We met at Camp Rock where I'm learning to be a rock and roll singer. While there I met Shane and his brothers who were camp counselors. Connect 3 needed a break and decided to impart what they knew to up and coming new performers."

Shane stepped up and waved at the crowd, then spoke. "We met through a song called 'This is me'. But I hope you don't mind if we don't sing that song right now. Rather there's a new song we'd like to share with all of you. A song we came up with and performed together." The crowd was in anticipation of the new song as Shane introduced it.

"Here's the song we did together. It's called Underground." The band then started up and Shane started to sing first.

Mitchie then sang her part.

Then both sang the next line.

The crowd then erupted in applause as Shane and Mitchie finished the song. There was even a shout in the audience saying "Nick and Jessica got nothing on you two." Mitchie couldn't help but blush.

"I'd rather not do comparisons." Mitchie said back to an audience member. It was then Shane went back into the TARDIS as Mitchie found she had the stage all to herself. It was time for her moment to shine.

"Looks like you got a new rock and roller performing right now." Mitchie said blushing. "Hope you don't mind if I do a new one myself." Mitchie paused for a second as she then said "You know there are always those out there that try to drag you down. Make it seem like your dreams are over, but sometimes you have to go that extra mile to overcome those obstacles. This is a song about overcoming those obstacles." Just then another girl came out of the TARDIS. A dark haired young girl who said "Care to have a friend back you up?"

Mitchie smiled glad for the friendly offer and introduced the girl as Mitchie introduced the song. "This song I'd like to do with my friend Alex Russo. It's called 'Dare.'" The stage roared with a guitar riff as Mitchie sang the first verse.

The guitar solo then filled the air as images played before the audience. Images of struggle. Images of battle, but through it all there was one message through all the darkness-hope at the other end of the tunnel. It was this message Mitchie Torres sought to bring, and she could not have had a better friend at her side to bring it to life than Alex Russo.

The audience roared with approval as Mitchie and Alex took a huge bow. Next thing that happened Hannah took the stage again. A look of reluctance on her face.

"I'm going to take a critical lashing with this next number." Hannah said flush with embarrassment. "And this may sink the show, but I'm going to do it anyway. The show is 'Hannah Montana and friends', so I have to bring out friends. One friend has been...'my personal physician'."

Hannah smiled trying to hide her future embarrassment yet continued to speak. "I've been told he has sung in the past...in a different life. Don't ask." Taking a breath she gave her introduction.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I give you my personal physician...Dr. John Smith, and his chorus."

The Doctor walked out of the TARDIS dressed in his pin striped suit and overcoat. He was then followed by his 'chorus' which consisted of Cody, Meena, Newt, Raven, Chelsea, Eddie, Zack, London, Maddie, Maria, Clyde, Caitlin, Margaret, Ella, Jackson, Oliver, Phil, Pim, and Zenon. The Doctor then stood in front of the audience that could have been interpreted as either larger than life or a bad case of overacting.

"Hello Disneyworld!" the Doctor said to the audience. The audience applauded out of courtesy. They didn't know who the Doctor was, but he was billed as one of Hannah's friends so they applauded.

"I'm going to warn you right now, I don't sing that much. Actually I haven't since several lifetimes ago. My voice doesn't sound the same as it used to, but then again what voice does? I mean after a while it gets all scratchy and grating. A chorus of angels can sound a lot like nails on a chalkboard after a hundred years or so. Not that there will be many people alive after a hundred years or so...yet."

The chorus rolled their eyes at the Doctor's rambling. London just said "You're boring everyone! Sing!" The Doctor was smarted for a few seconds by London's words and the laughter that followed. After getting his bearings he then started speaking again.

"But getting back on topic, I hope you like pirates, well you should as there is a Pirates of the Caribbean ride here, and I hope you like space as well. Because what I am about to sing for you combines the both of them." Taking a pause for a second the Doctor put on a Captain Jack Sparrow hat as if trying to get a spirit of things going. Off stage Sarah and Martha rolled their eyes at the Doctor's antics with Jack Harkness wondering if he shouldn't get a similar hat.

Once he was in character the Doctor said "Allons y!" He then started singing, as the chorus stood wishing the agony they were about to go through would end soon.

After the song was done there was a silence in the air. No one reacted. No one knew what to make of the song the Doctor sung. It was then that Maddie took the mike and began speaking.

"Applaud if you're glad the song is over." The audience roared in applause at Maddie's request. A cane then came from the TARDIS yanking the Doctor back inside like a old show where the cane yanked off the act that wasn't wanted anymore. Cody, Meena, Newt, Raven, Chelsea, Eddie, Zack, London, Maddie, Maria, Clyde, Jackson, Oliver, Phil, Pim, and Zenon all stood ready to take the stage and do their number. "Hi!" London said to the audience. The audience responded with a 'Hi.' of their own.

Maddie then came to the mike and started speaking. "I guess it's up to us to get you guys back." She said with a slight laugh. A laugh the audience shared as Maddie continued speaking. "You know, a lot of us haven't met each other until recently. Many of us were thrown into extraordinary circumstances that could be hard to believe." Maria then stepped up and said her peace.

"But we came together. We became friends, and part of a family that stretches beyond imagination and belief." Clyde then spoke saying "And we're not kidding about that."

"But now." Raven said. "We wondered what else we could do. Hannah said we could do a song." Cory then spoke saying "And we didn't want taking part in 'Gallifreyan Buccaneer' as the highlight of our stage time." The audience laughed at Cory's remark.

"So we decided to do our own song." Chelsea said. "And we think it's a pretty good one."

"Well we were tempted to all do Circle of Life from the Lion King." Phil then said. "But this song seemed to really hit a chord with us, and allowed us to rock out at the same time." Pim then added.

"This song is for a little girl in the audience named Jessie Prescott." Zenon added. "It's a reminder to her and to all you others out there to not give up on your dreams. Your time will come." In the audience Jessie was stunned to hear her name mentioned. Then she remembered a man in a blue military coat overhearing how she would like to hear a special hopeful song encouraging her to not give up her dreams.

Soon two young girls stepped out to join the chorus in a dance performance. CeCe Jones and Rocky Blue from Chicago. "Hi everyone!" Cece had said. "We're Cece and Rocky."

"And we're going to rock this performance with our electrifying dance moves." With that the band started to play with the girls leading the dance troupe that also took the stage. As the dancing took place Raven took the first verse.

Maria then took the stage. She looked off to the side at Sarah Jane as Clyde then stood next to her. Both had to get ready for their parts. Maria started first followed by Clyde.

Phil and Pim took the next lines.

Then came the final refrain and the entire chorus sang.

The audience erupted with applause. They had never heard such a beautiful uplifting song performed by a group of kids that knew how to rock. After taking in the applause the chorus went back into the TARDIS as Hannah came back out, with Mitchie and Alex by her side.

"I hope you all had a rocking time tonight!" Hannah said. "Though I will understand if you're not too fond of Gallifreyan Buccaneer." The audience then laughed, then Alex spoke.

"For what it's worth there was a Gallifrey once. And no there are no pirates there." Pausing Alex then said "But it was a beautiful place. Orange skies, red grass capped with snow."

"And a citadel unlike any in the world. Ours or any other." Mitchie then said. The video wall then showed an inage of a burnt orange sky with snow covered mountains. Between those was the citadel Mitchie mentioned. The citadel of the Time Lords.

"This next song we borrowed this from the movie Xanadu, but we changed the name a bit." Hannah said as the band then started playing. The song then began when Hannah said...

"And now let us take you to Gallifrey." And from there the three girls started to sing as a harmonious melody played. In the background the stage took a burnt orange glow with two lights lit up as if they were twin suns.

That was when the girls started singing.

A place where nobody dared to go

They call it Gallifrey

Dancers started to circle around different robes and garments. Scarlet and orange, green, heliotrope. Each representing the three noble houses of Gallifrey.

The sky then seemed to go black as stars then lit up into the sky. The girls continued to sing as lightning seemed to streak by. Lightning of deep purple dancing across the night sky.

The dancers continued as soon the citadel seemed to appear in the background. Inside the TARDIS the Doctor saw the performance and had a tear in his eyes. More would follow soon.

Soon all effects joined together. The purple lightning across the burnt orange sky, illuminating the Citadel in the back. Hannah, Alex and Mitchie then pushed forth the final part of their song.

The stage then erupted in an explosion of light as Hannah, Alex and Mitchie all stood in the center. Behind them was the TARDIS with its doors opening. The three girls all turned to enter saying "THANK YOU DISNEYWORLD!" to the audience before joining the others inside.

Suddenly there was a roaring and wheezing in the air as the TARDIS lamp flashed beginning to dematerialize. When the TARDIS finally faded the audience was stunned and amazed. But they loved the show. So much so the audience shouted "We want more! We want more!" over and over as some lit their lighters as makeshift torches.

The adults off stage however looked on in dread wondering if the TARDIS was going to make its short hop, or send them to the middle ages or something.

The dread did not last long though as backstage the TARDIS rematerialized with all the adults waiting. Hannah stepped out and looked around. "Got it in one this time Doctor."

"Told you I was getting good at short hops." the Doctor said. He then realized what Hannah meant by her comment and said "Oy." Soon all the kids left to find their adults or guardians. Zack, Cody, London and Maddie found Moesby, Carey and Arwin. Clyde, Maria and Luke found Sarah Jane. Alex found the Russos. Mitchie and Connect 3 found Brown Cesario and Raven, Cory, Chelsea, Eddie, Meena and Newt found Victor.

And Hannah and Lola found Robbie Ray, Heather, Jackson and Oliver. Everyone hugged their parent or guardian as families reunited. "I missed you daddy." Hannah said.

"I missed you too sweetheart." Robbie Ray said holding Hannah. Heather did the same with Lola. The Doctor watched as all the families said 'Hello' to each other once again. But for every moment of joy there had to come a moment of sadness.

It was time for friends to say goodbye. Mitchie started first as she hugged Hannah ready to give her goodbye. Connect 3 then followed. Shane hugged Hannah first, then Jason followed, and then finally Nate, who took a second longer than the other brothers. Mitchie, Shane and Jason all noticed the extra second.

"Well we've got to get back to Camp Rock." Mitchie said saying her goodbye to Hannah, a good bye followed by a hug which Hannah returned. "It's been a fun adventure."

"For a lot of us." Shane said coming to Mitchie's side. Hannah looked at Shane and Mitchie and smiled saying "You two look cute together."

"Really?" Mitchie asked. "I was kind of hoping for 'ROCKIN!'" Hannah laughed and said "That too." The two girls then hugged goodbye and then Hannah hugged Shane. Peter also came for a hug goodbye. Then she came to Nate, who was already talking to Alex.

"Hey Nate." Hannah said. "I was wondering." Nate raised his hand interrupting saying "I know what you're going to say. Alex asked the same thing, whether we could have lunch or something."

Hannah looked innocently and said "That's not what I was going to ask. But if it was...could we?"

"I just told Alex, so I'm telling you now." Nate took a pause before speaking. "I'm seeing someone. It's serious."

"You're seeing someone?" Hannah asked shocked by the announcement. Alex shared that shock as she looked at Hannah's expression and then back to Nate. Alex then asked "Who is she? You never said there was someone else."

"We only met recently." Nate said. "I didn't even expect it myself. She's a great girl. You'd both like her." Nate then looked at Hannah and Alex both and said his final peace. "You girls are both great, but it seems like you two have too much to hide. I'm not sure I can have a relationship based on secrets. I prefer to be more open. I hope you understand."

Alex and Hannah both looked at each other and nodded. "We do. Take care." Nate hugged both girls and said "I'll always love you both. Take care." then he joined his brothers and Mitchie for the bus back to Camp Rock.

The Camp Rockers all left for their bus to Camp. Alex and Hannah watched as the bus pulled out. Their thoughts turned to one camper in particular.

"I guess neither of us got him." Alex said. Hannah nodded. She then turned to Alex and said "I'd rather have you for a friend though than Nate as a boyfriend." Alex looked at Hannah and nodded "I feel the same way, even if I can turn you into a llama if I want."

"Let's not and say you did," Hannah said as she and Alex hugged goodbye. "I'm still going to stay in touch with Mitchie. I think she's a great friend."

"Same here." Hannah said. She then looked at Alex and said "And so are you."

"Thanks." Alex said. "You know I play a mean set of drums if you want a drummer."

"I may take you up on that." Hannah said. "You also have a great voice. A lot better than Mikayla's. You know, you look a bit like her." Alex paused for a second thinking about what Hannah had said and answered "I don't see the resemblance."

"Well, bye." Hannah then hugged Alex and Alex returned the hug. She then went to join the other Russos as they caught a WizPortal back to New York. The Doctor then said "They really have to open up that network more. Would save on flying coach."

Lola then came to Hannah's side and said "I saw what happened with Nate. You two quits for good?" Hannah nodded and added "Same with Alex. Neither of us got him." Robbie Ray said "Sorry darlin. Heartbreak is never easy."

"So much for Prince Charming." Hannah said slightly pouty. Robbie Ray placed a hand on his daughter's shoulder offering her comfort.

"Somehow I look at those Connect 3 boys and I wonder if I see three gigolos in the making." Robbie Ray said. Hannah didn't answer as Maddie, London, Zack and Cody came to say their goodbyes.

"I've been trying to figure out what to say." Maddie said. London however said "We saved the world!"

"And put on a show afterwards." Zack added. Cody rolled his eyes as he said "Sometimes the best things to say are the simplest."

"Except goodbye." Maddie said sadly. "That's never easy to say. Not for me anyway."

"Not for anybody." Hannah said as she hugged Maddie goodbye and then London. "You still haven't paid me for your birthday party performance."

"We saved the world and you're thinking about money?" London asked. "And people think I'm shallow." London then gave a smile and said "Kidding." Hannah thought of reminding London that she said the same thing last time, but thought better of that. "Take care London." Was all Hannah then said as she hugged the heiress. London returned the hug and then left to join Maddie.

Zack and Cody then came forward and hugged Hannah goodbye, with Zack taking in a smell of Hannah's hair which she found creepy. Cody then hugged Hannah goodbye and soon they all left with Moesby. As they left Cody said "You know for a second I thought I saw a wig seam."

For a moment Hannah had a look of worry, but forgot about it as Raven came up and said her goodbye to Hannah. Her brother Cory, friends Chelsea and Eddie, and Cory's friends Newt and Meena were by their side. Raven hugged Hannah goodbye and said "I've got a new dress design you might want to check out."

"Looking forward to it." Hannah said as Cory shook Hannah's hand as well as Meena and Newt. "It was great to meet you." Meena said. Hannah said "Thanks, you too."

"Presidential chopper is waiting." Victor said as Raven and her friends left. Raven waved goodbye as did Hannah. Next to say goodbye were Keely, the Diffys and Zenon.

"You know." Phil said. "My family and I pride ourselves on being from the future, but now that future may not exist. But what we remember is people looking back at you fondly. Your music. Your humor. Your whole life."

"I think it's best I not know it." Hannah said. "I'm already haunted by what Davros had said."

"But what Davros said is not necessarily what will be." Keely said. "Just a version of it. A version Davros may be the only one seeing." Pim wondered if she should mention that she saw a version of Davros's future happening, but decided against it. No one wanted a downer right now. She could be one at home.

"Take care." Hannah said taking Phil, Pim and Keely's hands. The Diffy's then went to their time travelling RV as Pim said "What happens now? What of the future?"

"What of it?" Keely asked. "Right now we're living in a moment, and the moment feels pretty good."

"We saved the world Pim." Phil said. Pim answered "Ruling the world sounds better." As the Diffys got into their time travelling RV, which couldn't time travel. Zenon then said her goodbye.

"Zetas Lapidas." Zenon said. "This is 'goodbye' isn't it?" Hannah said "For now, but we could meet again." Zenon asked "Could we? Cause it was stellar getting to know you. You were a role model of mine on the Spay Stay I called home."

"Here's hoping I continue to be." Hannah said. Zenon said "You will. No matter what others say." Zenon then hugged Hannah goodbye and then went to the Diffy's for her ride home.

The Diffys and Zenon then left for their home. Finally there was Sarah Jane and her charges Maria, Clyde and Luke. The kids were looking to say goodbye to Hannah while Sarah Jane looked to say goodbye to the Doctor.

"Well, it looks like you've got yourself quite the little family." The Doctor said as he saw Maria, Clyde and Luke. "They kind of remind me of friends I had once upon a time."

"Any in particular?" Sarah asked. The Doctor looked back on his memories and remembered two school teachers who followed a young girl to what they thought was her home, only to go on the adventure of their lives. He also remembered a young Scotsman who had become a loyal friend along with two girls that were by the Scotsman's side at different points of his life. The Doctor remembered a girl from Traken who lost everything and became a very caring individual. He also remembered a young man who was at one time an idiot, and became so much more.

"Quite a few." The Doctor answered. "I see so many old friends of mine in those kids of yours. Look after them. Take care of them."

"You take care too." Sarah said. Soon she and the Doctor both hugged goodbye and made their way to the rental car that would take them to a U.N.I.T. airfield, and then home.

After everyone had left for their homes Hannah and Lola removed their wigs being Miley and Lilly once again. Robbie Ray, Jackson and Oliver came to their sides with Heather following. "Sad to see them go." Lilly said. "It was quite the adventure." Miley nodded and agreed.

"So where do we go now?" Miley asked looking at the TARDIS. The Doctor then said "Actually Miley you and Lilly are both going home."

"WHAT?!" Both girls asked. Robbie Ray and Heather looked stunned as well, but they were also relieved that their girls were home to stay. Miley however asked "Why? Why can't we go with you?"

"It was fated that you travel with me Miley." the Doctor said as he explained. "But those travels were not meant to last forever. This is the end of the road." Miley looked at the Doctor stunned then at Lilly who also had the same expression. "But there's still so much to see."

"And you have so much to do." the Doctor said. "As Hannah Montana, and as Miley Stewart." The Doctor cast a look in Robbie Ray's direction and nodded. Robbie Ray was relieved that the Doctor was ending Miley's travels, yet sad as well. He could tell that she had grown so much during her time travelling with him. Lilly as well. But it was time to come home.

"Besides, there's someone else who has something to say about you continuing to travel." The Doctor stepped aside and in the doorway stood Susan Stewart…..Miley's mother.

"Mama?" Miley asked stunned. Susan smiled and said "Hello sweetpea." Miley then rushed into her mother's arms and hugged her as tears fell down her face. Off to the side Jackson and Robbie Ray saw Susan and wondered if they should also hug. Susan looked at the two Stewart men and said "Oh get over here you big babies." With that Jackson and Robbie Ray also hugged Susan.

"How? When?" Jackson asked as he looked at his mother. Susan said "Talk to that guy there." As she pointed to the Doctor. "He brought me here."

"Well actually I haven't got her yet." The Doctor said. "When I do I find I'm travelling alone, so you are already home. I meet her alone, pick her up alone, and bring her here alone….after I take her back of course."

"So you're saying…." Miley asked as she broke the hug from her mother and stared at the Doctor. "You will get her later and bring her here, only for you to take her back now? Isn't that some sort of paradox or something?"

"Actually the paradox would be if you went with me to get your mother when it is already established that I went alone to get her." The Doctor said. "We've already had one reality destroying paradox avoided. I really don't want to get into another." Pausing he also said "I also needed a way to convince you to come back home. I figured your mother was the best way to do that."

The Doctor then added "Besides, mothers demand to be listened to." Susan and Heather chuckled slightly at the Doctor's comment acknowledging that he was right.

Miley nodded in as much understanding as she could muster. "So I have go home. It has to happen or there will be consequences. I guess even time decides I need to go home." The Doctor nodded in understanding, but smiled at how much she has learned. "Wibbly wobbly Timey whimey and all that." She then said.

"And all that." The Doctor had said. He then turned to say "I think you would like to be alone. I'm going to find a sno cone or something." With that the Doctor then left the Stewarts alone to talk. Along with Lilly, Heather and Oliver.

Robbie Ray then asked "So what all did the Doctor tell you honey?"

"Quite a lot." Susan said. "Especially how my daughter needed me, and I wasn't in a position to be there." Susan then added "I didn't ask for details and I didn't want to know"

Miley then asked "So, did you enjoy the show momma?"

"Oh I loved it sweetie." Susan said. "It was so full of love and heart, just as I always knew your performances would be. I'm so proud of you." Miley smiled at her mother's praise but then added "You may not think that after what will happen in my future, if what Davros said is true."

"Davros?" Susan asked. "The nut in the wheelchair that makes Uncle Earl look like Fabio? Miley smiled and said "Yeah that's the guy. He said I would disappoint people, that I would make people scared and hate me with what I will do."

"I'm scared." Miley said continuing to speak. "All those things Davros had said. All that was going to happen. What could happen to me. Am I going to be that hated?"

Susan paused for a moment and tried to speak. "It could, but then Davros's interpretation could be one interpretation of those events. That doesn't mean it's the correct one."

"But people will hate me." Miley said as tears started to form. Susan hugged her daughter offering comfort then looked into Miley's eyes. "There will also be people who love you too. And those are the ones you perform for. There will be haters out there. Some of it may come from disappointment. Some of it from fear, but if anyone do it for fun then they are someone who you definitely DON'T perform for."

"Remember the love in your heart and always express that." Susan said. "Don't worry about the hate. A lot of people run into that. Your dad, me, Jackson, everyone."

"It's true." the Doctor said coming back with his sno cone half eaten. "Hard to believe I know, with me being so charming, but there are people that do hate me as well." Lilly asked "Is it because of the thwarting of plans or your singing?"

"Hey, I had a great set of pipes in my sixth incarnation thank you very much. My third wasn't bad either. My second had a recorder and my seventh played the spoons, so I know music...a bit." Robbie Ray and Hannah shared a look as Robbie Ray said "Maybe a little bit. A very little bit."

The Doctor rolled his eyes at Robbie Ray's comment then got back onto topic after finishing the last of his sno cone. "Owww brain freeze." The Doctor said getting his sno cone headache, then continuing to say his peace. "Sometimes I find that one's evil can be believed to be another's good. And one's good can be interpreted as another's evil. Davros believed he was doing good when he created the Daleks. That he was ending wars and bringing peace, even if that peace was on the bodies of others."

"So even if I believe I'm doing good..." Miley started to ask.

"...others may not take it the same way." Susan said. "And they will believe they are achieving a greater good for their actions. Actions that can lead to hate, but if they believe the hate is for a greater good they will allow it."

"And if it's not for a greater good?" Oliver then asked. Susan then said "Then the tragedy is those that released the hate." The Doctor looked at Robbie Ray and said "That there's a smart woman you married.

"Sure is." Robbie Ray said with pride. He then turned to the Doctor and asked "She still….."

"Her death is the same as it was before Batterson came along, yes." The Doctor said. "It's a fixed point. I'm sorry."

"She's at peace." Robbie Ray said. "And I get to see her one last time here. Thank you." The Doctor nodded as he then took Miley's shoulder and said "Like you said in your song 'the future is now'. Live that future. Don't let what could be influence your thinking."

Miley considered the Doctor's words as Susan said "He's right darlin. You've been in the stars long enough. Time to come back to Earth."

"We all miss you Miley. It's time to come home." Jackson had said. "Even the Doctor thinks so. And I ain't saying that because if you do go you could create a paradox that could blow up the universe because he has to pick up your mom to bring her here." Robbie Ray then added. Miley heard her father and brother's words but she still looked at the Doctor. "What if I need you?"

"Look up at the stars every once in a while." the Doctor said. "I might just be circling them." He also handed Miley her Time Cell and said "And I'm also just a phone call away if needed."

"And I'll always be nearby sweetpea." Susan said taking hold of her daughter's shoulder. Miley smiled as tears fell. "I miss you momma."

"I'll miss you too darlin. But I won't be far away." Susan and Miley gave one last hug before she broke away and turned to the Doctor. "Will this thing get me back home?"

"Of course." The Doctor said. Lilly whispered to Oliver "After 15 or 16 tries." Oliver chuckled at Lilly's joke.

Miley didn't listen to Lilly's remark as she looked at her time cell for a few moments then handed it to her father. "Hold on to this for a while." She said. She then told the Doctor "I know where it will be if I need it." With that she and Lilly both gave the Doctor hugs goodbye. "We'll keep looking for you. In the stars." Lilly said.

"Have good lives. All of you." The Doctor said as he then opened the TARDIS door and went inside. Susan also stood in the doorway saying a final goodbye of her own. "Goodbye everyone. I love you."

"We love you too momma." Jackson then said as Susan then entered and the TARDIS door closed. The wheezing and groaning of the engine indicated the TARDIS was taking off just as the light on top flashed on and off.

Miley, Lilly, their family and friends all watched the TARDIS dematerialize before them. Robbie Ray's hand on Miley's shoulder. Oliver holding Lilly's hand. Heather standing close by. As the TARDIS faded from view the two girls knew their adventure had ended. Lilly then said "Your mom's quite the woman." Miley nodded and agreed. "Yeah, yeah she is."

"Come on. Let's go home." Robbie Ray said. Miley and Lilly nodded as they gave the empty space one last look before rejoining the real world.

Outside the Disneyworld park, standing next to a waiting limo, stood Dolly and Ruthie. Also present were Travis and Oswald with his two daughters waiting as Miley came out with her friends and family. They knew Susan had arrived thanks to the Doctor, but decided the moment she was here should be between mother and daughter. Dolly then asked "You okay sweetie?"

Miley looked up and said "I'm always okay. But what about you? Where'd your entourage go?"

"Robert and Giselle left with Morgan for New York." Ruthie had said. "Jack Bruno and Alex Friedman left with Seth and Sara. Arwin left with the Tipton group. We're the last to leave."

"Thanks for coming." Miley had said. "Would have been fun to go on but when parents have time on their side, you can't argue with them." Ruthie and Dolly smiled at Miley's line while Robbie Ray and Heather shrugged.

"So what does this mean?" Travis asked. "Back to Earth with the rest of us mere mortals?" Miley nodded. "Yeah. Back to Earth." The group soon got into the limo as Miley stopped Oswald for a second. She then said "When you write your review, it's probably best if Gallifreyan Buccaneer is not mentioned."

"I'm inclined to agree." Oswald said. "I don't think anyone knows what to make of that." Soon Oswald entered the limo and the limo then pulled away from the park heading to the airport.

And then home.

1st year of the Time War

He sat on the command deck facing the jaws of the Nightmare Child. His end was coming, like it had so many times in the past. At the hand of his creation, at the hand of a virus, at the hand of...Omega.

If Davros had a capacity for humor he would have laughed at his joke. But as his ship flew into the jaws of the Nightmare Child, and the calls of the Doctor echoing in the background getting further and further away he saw his end coming. And this time there was no escape.

While he would not admit it, the thought of his death terrified him. He dreaded going into the black abyss no one ever returned from. He sought to cling to life by any means necessary, even if others had to die to do so. And many people died at the hands of the creatures of Davros. The Daleks.

Many died at the hands of Davros as well. But so many had died Davros couldn't remember them, not that they were relevant anyway. They were inferior. They deserved extermination.

But there was one face. One face that stuck out in his mind. One face he could not place, as if trying to remember but couldn't. The face of a girl. A girl who had bested him, worse than the Doctor could have bested him. He tried to place a name to that girl's face but he couldn't, as if the memory was no longer there.

He remembered no gaps. He remembered the battle at the gates of Elysium going seamlessly. He remembered the appearance of the Nightmare Child. There were no breaks in the memory. So where did he see that girl's face?

Davros had no answers. And this infuriated him as the jaws of the Nightmare Child came closer and closer. He needed those answers. He needed to know who the nameless girl was. And from those needs came his most important need.

He needed to live. He needed to survive.

And in order to do that he needed to escape.

Davros looked around the ship looking for an escape pod. None were within reach. Transmats were out. There had to be another way.

And then one appeared, in the form of a Dalek. A Dalek that had used the Emergency Temporal Shift to escape destruction in New York to arrive in the first year of hell. A Dalek named Caan which gave him a way out of the war he was trapped in. A way out that involved using the Emergency Temporal Shift.

A way out Davros greatly took.

He would find this girl again someday. He would know who she was. He suspected she was from Earth.

And when it came to Earth there was always the Doctor. Through him would come answers to her. After he was humiliated of course. Made to see his ultimate failure.

With that Davros took the offer of Dalek Caan and through their words "EMERGENCY TEMPORAL SHIFT!" Davros and Dalek Caan escaped the Time War.

But for Davros the wars never end.

Gallifrey

Pre Time War

In the Presidential Chambers the Transmat to Rassilon's tomb remained unused. No one had the codes or know how to make it work without some deathtrap being triggered.

No one except Borusa.

And it wasn't because he was Lord President of Gallifrey once upon a time, nor is it because he still was referred to on several matters of state. No, he knew the codes to the transmat because he was in the service of Rassilon. A Time Lord death could not even stop.

For Rassilon once vowed he would not die. A vow he would hold to despite him being in a tomb.

Borusa thought nothing of the legends of Rassilon, for he knew the reality of Rassilon He knew full well the extent of his powers, and what a memory that would haunt Borusa for all time.

Once he appeared inside the tomb the image of Rassilon appeared. At first he seemed like the kind old man that had greeted Miley, Lilly, Mitchie and Alex when they entered the tomb, but then the image changed. Changed to another man with an aura of authority, and menace to him. A man with grey hair, chiseled features, and a tall bearing that let everyone know he was a man of knowledge and power. Power to lead the Time Lords. He led them once before, and he would do so again. This he knew.

Borusa knew this to be the TRUE face of Rassilon. The founder of Time Lord society. The founder whose historical deeds became mixed with the legends about his cruelty. Sensing Borusa's arrival Rassilon then asked "What have you learned from the Doctor's TARDIS?"

"We have acquired much data from the Doctor's TARDIS." Borusa said answering Rassilon's query. "It was resistant to many of our probes, but we had secured much information. Information regarding Gallifey."

Rassilon nodded. There seemed to be information the girls had that he needed to know. Something they were reluctant to share. They seemed knowledgeable of time travel, at least as knowledgeable as the Doctor would allow. Still even a little knowledge could lead to grander rewards. "What did the records say?"

"We could only ascertain fragments Lord Rassilon." Borusa said. "But from what I've been able to gather there is a war coming. A war involving the Time Lords and the Daleks."

"A war we win?" Rassilon asked. Borusa paused before answering. "My lord, it's possible the Time Lords…..lose."

"WHAT?!" Rassilon shouted in disbelief. Borusa paused before speaking. "My lord, it is possible with the approaching foe they may just destroy Gallifrey."

"How is this possible?" Rassilon asked. "The power of the Time Lords is beyond peer. Who could rival us?"

"There are a few species out there that have sought to challenge us my lord." Borusa said. "The Sontarans sought to invade Gallifrey once. The Daleks had even attacked, and we once tried to prevent the Daleks creation." Rassilon nodded at the mention of the Daleks, and the weakness the Doctor had displayed wondering if he had the right to end their species.

_And now Gallifrey may pay for the Doctor's weakness._ Rassilon thought. Borusa however had a look of fear cross his features. Not from Rassilon, but from a thought that Gallifrey could end.

"Could the information from the Doctor's TARDIS be true? That our civilization will meet an end in a catastrophic war for all creation?" The thought of Gallifrey coming to an end chilled Borusa to his soul. The Shining World of the Seven Systems no longer shining.

No longer existing. No APC Net to preserve the memories of deceased Time Lords. No Citadel. No TARDIS's. Nothing of the home world of the Time Lords remaining. Yes the thought of no more Gallifrey chilled him with petrifying fear.

"A war is coming." Rassilon said. "A war that could bring all of creation down. A war we must win if we are to live." Pausing he then added "A war the High Council may be ill prepared for."

"My Lord?" Borusa asked. "What do you mean?"

"Our people have been stagnant for millennia, with the exception of a few renegades." Rassilon said. "We must regain our killing edge, our will for survival. The Doctor knows of this. He will assist us when the time is right."

"Will he?" Borusa asked. Rassilon nodded. "If that power is the Daleks, then yes, the Doctor will help us." Pausing he then thought of Romana as President of the Time Lords. Idealistic, hopeful, looking to brighter days for Gallifrey.

Rassilon had one word in mind for her _Unsuitable. She would fail as a wartime president._

"We must prepare to take leadership should the time come." Rassilon said. "Idealism has it's time and place, and a war will not be a place for it. Hard decisions will have to be made. Decisions Romana may not be qualified to make."

"You mean depose her?" Borusa asked.

"Only if there is a need to." Rassilon said. "Now leave me I have much to consider. Speak to the High Council on possible preparations for war."

"Of course my lord." Borusa said as he left Rassilon to his thoughts. Thoughts not directed towards the safety of Gallifrey and its people, nor for the universe itself. Rather they were focused on Rassilon and Rassilon alone.

And his own survival.

"I will not die." Rassilon said as he was driven to a dangerous obsession.

An obsession to live forever, no matter who else had to die.

UN Security Headquarters

New York City

In the U.N. Security Council office a discussion was going on about Earth being attacked by intergalactic armies. Options were discussed on what all feasibly could be done. Sure there was U.N.I.T., but they were still limited by the technology at hand. Torchwood 3 commanded by Captain Jack Harkness was not revealing anything citing that some tech the human race was not ready for.

The security council saw differently. Ready or not they needed the tech now. Or they needed something. Earth and humanity could not just lay down and die. If it did their enemies had to go with them.

"We cannot just sit and be conquered." one of the representatives said. "We should not be a slave race to these aliens. I'd rather die than be a slave."

"As would we all." another representative said. The head of the UN Security Council heard all the arguments and then made his decision.

"Very well all those in favor of the Ostahagen option." The main five nations all raised their hands as had some of the minor nations. Very few raised hands in opposition. They were too shocked to consider what Ostahagen had to offer.

A destroyed Earth, by the human race's own hand. _How have things gone so insane?_ a silent observer in a bow tie thought while in a security box. Even though he knew the answer. He had seen why the system was activated and the reasons for it. And the fate it would have in the future.

But the tragedy of the decision still affected the man and the two friends by his side. A red headed young woman and her fiancee'. The woman asked "Doctor this is not cool is it?"

"No Amy." The man in the bow tie said. "This definitely is not cool." The man on the other side asked "How can people think of blowing up the world so many times?"

"Everyone has a reason Rory." The man said. "No matter how stupid it is."

And even though the man in the bow tie knew how the Ostahagen matter would end (for he was there when it happened), he found it helped to know how such madness started. Knowing the start of madness was sometimes seen as a first step in curing it.

The limo to Orlando airport led to a plane to Malibu, and then a ride home. Miley and Lilly took a moment to take in the house they had so many moments in realizing that they were now, and finally, home.

Not long after that, true to her word Miley Stewart and Lilly Truscott looked up at the stars, and did so for many nights on end. As they looked they saw worlds of possibility and wonder before them.

Sometimes they looked up with Robbie Ray or Jackson there. On one night Oliver looked up at the stars with them looking to see what they had seen. And if he couldn't see it, well he could imagine it.

"Beautiful aren't they?" Miley asked looking up at the stars that seemed so out of reach now. Yet so close as well. "Wonder if anyone on those worlds is looking up at our world. Wondering what we're like."

"Could be." Lilly said. "I mean we're not the only people out in the universe. We all know that."

"I'd love to ask what they are all like." Oliver said. "You girls probably would know that answer better than me." Miley and Lilly gave each other a smile as they continued to look up. "They're not all like the Daleks Oliver." Miley said. "Some of those races out there are pretty cool."

"The Time Lords were." Lilly said. "Well, some of them. Romana definitely was." Miley nodded in agreement. "Yeah, she was something. Very strong person. Dignity and character. She travelled with the Doctor, you know."

"That's probably where she got it from." Oliver said thinking of the Time Lord. "Wish I saw Gallifrey with you girls. Sounds like it was once a cool place." Lilly said "It was. As were a lot of places." With that Miley and Lilly thought of all the places they had gone. Barcelona, the Celestial Spires, so many places, so much wonder."

"I wonder what he's doing right now." Miley said looking up thinking of the Doctor.

On a London street a man in a brown suit with trainers and an overcoat walked down the street. A building was before him that he needed to get into. Along the way a man motioned for him to show ID. He pulled out a wallet with Psychic Paper and said who the person thought he was.

"John Smith, Health and safety."

Author's Note: Well here we are. The last chapter. The end as it were. Quite a ride, but hopefully a fun one.

The timing for this fits in with the 50th Anniversary of Doctor Who this year, and the special which will feature current (soon to be departing) Doctor Matt Smith and former Doctor David Tennant, which this story is featuring. Having this story done at this time kind of closes out the story where David Tennant will be fresh in the minds again….for a while.

I always wanted the story to end with a sort of concert as Hannah Montana is a performer, and the story should end with her performing. Everyone knows Rock Star is a Hannah song, but if you are wondering about the others songs here's the listing.

Gallifreyan Buccaneer is on the Big Finish Audio Doctor Who and the Pirates. And yes Colin Baker the Sixth Doctor did sing that. Apparently the Doctor has sung a time or two. Jon Pertwee seemed to have sung in a Docotr Who stageplay 'The Ultimate Adventure. Colin Baker's Sixth Doctor sang in the aforementioned Audio Doctor Who and the Pirates by Big Finish Audio. And in a comic story Matt Smith's Doctor and Amy seemed to sing on a planet where everyone burst into song for no reason. This story is found in the anthology book 'The Child of Time'

And now some final thoughts.

I truly enjoyed writing this story. Taking it from the beginning to end. The Doctor may not like endings, but sometimes the ending has to happen for a new beginning to take shape. There are other stories I have to do, and maybe a new beginning will happen once the Cybus Project starts up. But there are other stories on my plate I have to finish first.

I think it's safe to say Miley has moved beyond Hannah, for better or worse. Some will say 'worse', especially with the VMA performance. For me the vote's not in yet. But as Hannah ended, so must this story. And perhaps Miley will visit Hannah again in the future. Miley's answer may be 'no' right now, but as Sylvester McCoy once said 'Time will tell. It always does.'

And now this story goes on the shelf. To be read and reread hopefully over and over again, and hopefully readers will enjoy this story in its entirety now that it's completed. And maybe inspire others to write their own Doctor Who stories. In that same trade paperback that had the musical episode there was a take on C.S. Lewis's 'The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe' it had the Doctor in a story where he said "As long as you keep telling stories about me I'll keep having adventures'"

As I close out this story I think of this quote from Dan Akroyd from the movie Doctor Detroit. "For whatever intimidation, vile indecency may threaten our honor let the Doctors arise, and arise they must. For within every one of us there is a Doctor, a dormant Doctor a supreme arbitrator that may be called upon to intervene whenever crises threaten the wellbeing of the stabilities of our heartland." Granted he was talking about a different 'Doctor' but I also like to think in many of us there is a Doctor within. And it seems like in this day and age people need those Doctors more than they need reality TV. Here's hoping many of those Doctors appear in the future.
