Beautiful

A Harry/Draco one shot

He always looks different when he's sleeping than when he's awake. And it's not just an "eyes closed, eyes open" thing either. To be honest, he's just absolutely beautiful when he's asleep- not that he isn't all the time.

His face becomes so... angelic when he's sleeping. Compared to the way he wears his emotions on his sleeve during the day, and how every expression is somehow intensified, so there's no mistaking when he's happy or angry with you...Or when he wants you. That's my personal favourite (and I've only seen it directed at me).

But when he's resting...it's just...beautiful. That's the only way to describe it. He looks so peaceful, not to mention unbelievably adorable, with the way his mouth opens slightly, making a little pout, and how his ebony hair fans out around his head like a dark halo...and then the habit I have of sounding like a lovesick school girl when I think of it. But then again, maybe I am (though I totally resent the girl part!)

One green eye cracks open as he wakes to find me staring at him, then closes again as he sits up to stretch and his perfectly shaped, soft mouth widens as he gives a little yawn. God, I'm so glad he's mine.

"Morning, love," he mumbles with a small smile, reaching out for his glasses.

I give a bright laugh, something I only do for him, and place then on his nose. "Good morning to you too, Harry,"

Harry flashes his infamous grin and grabs me for a good-morning kiss, only to pull back just as quickly and scrunch up his nose. "Morning breath, Draco!"

I just growl and pounce on him, for punishment. Yes, he's beautiful. Sense of humor sucks, though.

A/N: Yea! Three hundred words, exactly, by my count. I decided I needed a oneshot for my first story, and I found this cleaning my room and thought, Why the hell not? It's hella old, so it sounds weird, but it's Harry/Draco fluff! That right there makes me like it . Review, please, and I'll type up more! And I'll read & review yours! (Shameless bribing)
