AN: In all honesty, I wrote this chapter for kicks and giggles, cause I was kinda interested to see what would happen if I just let my muse run with it. As it turns out, I'm actually quite proud of this. I like the comical POV, and I just love it when it all works out. Hope you do too!

Heading back down into the wedding chapel, I feel like my head is going to explode. I follow Adam in, and Aisha smiles as we enter. For a second, I think about telling Adam not to go through with this. She is going to hate us. In fact, she may never forgive us. Is having Adam's love worth loosing Aisha's friendship?

A part of me says no. A bigger part of me, the part that doesn't stop him, says yes. It's only when we reach the top of the isle that I realize how selfish I am.

Adam wraps his arms around her quickly as though he is hugging her, but I can see he's really whispering in her ear. She pulls away with a questioning look, and then Adam turns back to the guests.

"Just another moment, I promise." He tells them, and then he and Aisha turn and go into a side room.

Suddenly left alone, I can't breathe. Because I can feel every single pair of eyes in this room on me, and it feels like it will be forever before they come back to save me.

Now I just have to try not to pass out.

I lean into Aisha and press my mouth right against her ear. "We have to talk. Now." I tell her. She pulls away from me with a curious look, but it doesn't look reprimanding. "Just another moment, I promise." I tell our guests, and I quickly turn Aisha around and push her off towards the side room. I don't even dare look back at Rocky, because I know he'll only make me more nervous.

When we get inside, I quickly shut the door to the room. I lean my head against the door once it's closed, and I can feel Aisha's eyes on my back.

"Adam, what's going on? What happened out there?" She asks. I turn around and look at her, and her arms are folded across her chest, but she doesn't look angry.

Honestly, I didn't expect her too. Part of the reason why I was marrying her was the fact that we can read each other so well. "Rocky tried to jump off the roof." I answer, shrugging uncomfortably. Her eyes widen, and just as she's about to speak I hold up a hand to stop her. "After he told me that he loved me."

Her eyes get wider, if that's possible, and her mouth hangs open. She looks completely frozen, and I feel like ice.

But then she smiles, and I know I'm in the clear. Aisha doesn't do hysterics, and that smile is not a bad one.

"Are you serious?" She asks, and when I nod she smacks a hand against her forehead. "What, he couldn't have said something before now? God, I know Rocky is dense, but he couldn't have told you last night, or something?" She paces over to a chair and sits down. "We've got a few hundred guests out there waiting for a wedding, and now that he's said that, there's no way your marrying me." She laughs aloud, probably a little amused by it all.

I can't help but join in. "Well, I'm glad we agree on that point."

She looks up at me and the smile fades from her face a little. "What are you going to do?" She asks. She rolls her eyes then. "Well of course you're going to try and work things out with him. What a stupid question. You've been in love with him since… what, junior year?" She looks away as she thinks back, and I scratch the back of my neck uncomfortably.

"I want things to work out, yeah… it's a bit more complicated now though. Aisha… are you… okay with this?" I walk over and kneel down next to her, taking her hands in mine.

"Adam… we both know what this was. It was a mercenary marriage, because we're both to afraid to go for what we really want. I love you Adam, and… I could settle for you. Just like you could settle for me. But you don't have to settle." Aisha squeezes my hands, and then she reaches over to kiss my cheek. "So let's go call of our wedding, and let Rocky off the hook. If I know him, he's probably passed out by now."

I smirk as I think of Rocky's nervous habits, but I can't let myself be distracted by him just yet. There will be time for that later.

"Aisha, you don't have to settle for me either." I tell her honestly, because really, who wouldn't love this girl? She has got to be the most accepting, loving, caring person I have ever met.

And that guy deserves to know how she feels.

"Its okay, Adam." She tells me, but I don't let her continue.

"Come on, let's go call this wedding off. I hope someone's recording this; we could send it to America's Funniest Weddings." I tease her as I grab her hand and stand, dragging her back through the door.

At our entrance, all attention turns to us. Rocky looks to me desperately for some sign of reassurance, his face pail and his eyes wide. Quickly, I smile at him and that seems to calm him down a bit. I turn back to Aisha, who nods at me.

"We are very sorry to put you all out, but we're afraid that the wedding is off." I hold out my hands to the sides, and beside me Aisha shrugs and nods. Our guests look quite shocked, but nobody moves. "The fact is, Aisha and I love each other, but not that much. In fact, we're both in love with other people." Now they gasp, and Aisha stomps on my foot.

As I cringe she picks up for me. "He's in love with someone else. And that's why we aren't getting married. We're really sorry to have wasted your time. Feel free to go to the reception anyways; the food's already paid for." She starts waving people out, and I turn to glare at her. She ignores me. Stubborn woman. What is it with women anyways? They always want things their way. Now I remember why I'm bi. Men aren't nearly this much trouble.

"Actually, before you go, I do have a couple of announcements." I tell the crowd, and everyone turns to stare. Aisha grabs my tie and looks at me.

"Don't you dare." She warns. I raise my eyebrows.

"You see, the reason I'm not marrying Aisha is really because I'm in love with Rocky." I tell the crowd. I think Aunt Augusta is going to faint. Surprisingly, none of my friends seem to be freaking out. Kim and Kat seem rather pleased, Tommy just rolls his eyes and shakes his head, and Rocky is actually smiling again. And I honestly can't resist any longer.

I stroll right over to Rocky and wrap my arms around his waist. He looks at me like I'm a little crazy, but then he's been a little crazy today, so I guess it's my turn. I lean over and kiss him, softly, but happily. He doesn't resist either. I don't think he could is he wanted to. I know I certainly couldn't. I only pull away to the sound of applause. That's a good sign, generally.

As I turn to look around, I see my parents clapping, but my mom is trying not to cry. Aisha is smiling, and she hands her bouquet off to Kim. Rocky's doing the same thing I am, but I catch his eye and smile once more. One more thing to do now.

"However," I try to quiet the crowd. "However, there's someone else here who I believe needs to know the truth." Behind me, Aisha shouts my name. "Aisha, tell Zack how you feel. Please. For all our sakes."

She glares at me as though I've betrayed her, but sudden movement in the audience catches both our eyes.

"Aisha?" Zack stands slowly, a questioning, yet hopeful look on his face.

Aisha stares back at him, and for the longest instant it seems like she isn't going to do anything at all. Finally, she nods, and holds her gloves hands out to her sides. "Yeah." More nodding, and then Zacks moving. And then they're kissing. Yeah, really kissing.

"I never woulda thought." Rocky mumbles from my side. I turn to look at him.

"Yeah, that seems to be the general consensus. My work here is done." I reach down and grab Rocky's hand and entwine our fingers for the first time.

Somehow, that just feels right. Perfectly and completely right. And I smile. And he smiles. And Aisha and Zack smile. And everybody's smiling.

"Strange, isn't it? How so much craziness can end up improving our lives?" I ask Rocky beside me. He rolls his eyes.

"You've just described everything that has ever happened and will ever happen to the rangers." He points out.

"Point." I answer. Then something occurs to me, and I glance over at Aisha. "Just one question Aisha."

She glances back at me with a raised eyebrow. "What?"

I smirk back at her. "Who gets the honeymoon?"
