Devotion was an odd emotion. To be completely loyal to one person and never falter seem almost impossible. Yet hadn't Ienzo had been completely devoted to Xehanort?

Zexion glanced at the puzzle cube in his hands, it was all too easy to remember what Ienzo felt and tried to act upon it or at least try to because, he didn't have emotions. So he hid himself in the basement or in his room and perhaps, Xemnas knew why he was doing it but for whatever reason he let Zexion hide himself in the castle.

Zexion realized that it was only a matter of time before Xemnas decided to seek Zexion out for himself. Granted Zexion never imagined that Xemnas would ever travel to the basement but surely there was a first time for everything.

"So this is where you have been hiding."

Zexion glanced to see the Superior walking towards him. "Its no secret that I have been hiding down here."

"That's true but did you really expect me to follow you down here?"

Zexion frowned slightly but he didn't say anything instead he turned his attention to the puzzlecube in his hands and closed his eyes. "I don't really care either way."

"You're hiding down here again?

Ienzo turned to see Xehanort in the doorway. "I'm not hiding."

A slight smile twitched onto Xehanort lips. "Then what are you doing?"

Ienzo glanced at Xehanort. "I'm thinking of course."

Xehanort walked towards Ienzo, who was standing by the window now. "Then let me think with you."

Ienzo shifted and made room for Xehanort with a slight earnest smile on his face.

Zexion opened his eyes at hearing Xemnas move away from behind the couch to actually sit on the couch. "You don't care if I come to think with you?"

Zexion shoulders' tensed up at Xemnas comment. "I'm not thinking."

"Well what are you doing? Your surely not feeling."

"I can't feel anymore none of us can," Zexion pointed out. "I'm just..."

"Just what?" Xemnas asked.

"I'm just dwelling," Zexion finished.

Xemnas eyed Zexion as he moved closer to Zexion. Zexion didn't comment at Xemnas movement but he did bent his head down a bit so his hair fell slightly hiding the left part of his face from view.

Xemnas reached with his hand and grasp Zexion's chin. "Dwelling on the past then?"

Zexion just stared. "I'm dwelling on nothing."
