I can see myself laying on a large coach. My lips move as if they have their own life:

-I think I'm in love.

-Why do you think that, Riza? –Someone next to her asked as she didn't seem to barely stop writing on a notebook.

For a moment, the continous writing on seemed to be all that could be heared on the room; a nervous music for her ears.

-I... ...because everytime I am with him, I can't help but think he is all my life, and therefore, I would give it away to save him... He-... he is marvellous. –Her eyes trembled for a long moment and she went on- I... also... have this feeling... the-the butterflies on the stomach, you see? ...As if... there were thousands of flowers growing in there and tickling me with their petals.

Riza touched the spot she was refering to before her partner asked another question.

-Does this man know about it?

-No... –She shooked her head- of course not... –The lieutenant answered with a small smile on her lips.

-You seem very sure about that. Why don't you tell him what you feel? Wouldn't that take that hurt, loneliness, nightmares and weight ouf of you? Are you afraid... he will say no?

Riza's face saddened once again, her confidence gone as the writing and her companion's hand's movement kept going on.

-He... He needs someone strong. That's why I'm here. –"writing,.. again... why does she write so much" . Even with that thought she regained some of her strength to keep talking.- In order to accomplish his goal,... he needs someone strong to stand by him and protect him... It was a promise... perhaps one Imade to myself with the passing time...

Silence filled the room. Again.

-Alright Riza. Talk to me about how you feel. Has he ever been injured?

-Yes... –She relaxed a little bit on the couch.

-How did you feel?

-I-... –She looked at the opposite side from her- I was lost... He was about to die and...

-Riza...

The lieutenant seemed to come back from her memories and looked at her.

-Is he... a superior officer? –Suddenly, her therapist's eyes looked at her fiercely, so much, Riza had to look away.

-Yes...

Some more minutes passed by, and it was over, she had to go to work. She straightened herself and after giving thanks to the therapist she walked out of the room, still somewhat disturbed and emotional.

And there he was.

-Lieutenant...

He looked surprised, as well as her.

-Colonel... –She said, and after a moment she had already regained her composure- I just came out. I'll go to the office and organize today's paperwork, sir.

-A-alright...

He just watched as she saluted and walked away, moving softly on the HeadQuarters' floor. Soon after, he entered the same room where she had been.

-Hello, Roy. Lie down... Well, tell me.

He sighed as he looked at the ceiling and his lips moved on their own.

-I think I'm in love.
