Disclaimer: I've said it before, I'll say it again, I don't own Inuyasha. Please don't sue!
Kagome was flustered. She had always dreamed of having a child of her own, but she never thought that she would find a man who wanted to have children with her. Actually have children, not just practice.
He was healthy (besides the wind tunnel), he was a holy man (or so he claimed) so grandpa would be pleased, and he was handsome to boot! Their children would be beautiful.
What woman in her right mind WOULDN'T want to have this man's child?
She smiled happily, blushing.
"Yes, Miroku, I will bear your child."
------------
Miroku's heart nearly stopped.
This wonderful girl just agreed to have his child.
Out of all of the women he had dropped his famous line to, she was the first to accept.
"Ka-kagome," he started, "I'm not quite sure what to say."
He watched her look at her feet, he assumed in embarrassment.
She sniffled.
"That's not what I meant!" he tried to pry the foot out of his mouth. He instantly felt horrible. He gently lifted her chin, so he could look in her teary eyes.
"We are in the middle of nowhere, how about we get started!" He flashed her his charming smile and started to work the knots on his robes when he felt an intense pressure...
On the back of his head.
Inuyasha walked by the pair, hand still extended from smacking Miroku.
"If she bears any children, they will be mine, monk."
Kagome scurried to catch up with the irritated half-demon, leaving Miroku behind in pain rubbing his head.
