Doing a lousy imitation of Dr Nick: Hi Everybody!

Heh heh surprised I'm submitting anything involving this story?

Well unfortunately this isn't a new chapter persay, more along the lines of tying lose ends, I felt bed for a long time for never leaving a conclusion but alas life got in the way as well as getting into other fandoms and stuff.

Anyway I suppose I should tell you all what I had in mind for the story, I doubt I'll finish it since the Phantom is kinda like a ghost town now, no pun intended but I decided to give you the outline of what I at least had in mind for the future.

And well... I suppose it should be pretty obvious that Ember goes through a drastic change in personality and maturity throughout the course of the story.

But let's not get ahead of everything, let me start from the beginning... For those of you who without a doubt forgotten much of the plot as well as to go down memory lane on my part.

In the story, Danny and Ember are responsible for the deaths of Danny's Family and Friends... and Mr. Lancer... so in a way it's a minor AU fic.. I say MINOR since its taking place during the alternative timeline of "The Ultimate Enemy."

Uff... so let the explanations begins!

Danny and Ember are responsible for the deaths of The Fentons, Sam, Tucker and Mr. Lancer during The Nasty Burger explosion.

Accidentally of course since Danny was so stressed that the only thing he could think about was beating the crap out of Ember... lucky her she was near the place at the time.

Add heavy sarcasm here.

And in a very weak moment he released a ghost ray killing everyone in the restaurant.

Here's where things get hectic.

After realizing he killed the only people that mattered the most in his life Danny went balistic and Ember in a moment of pity tried to calm him.

I wont go into further details into what happened next but the results were bad.

Correction... worse.

Because when he woke up next.., Danny lost his memory.

So Ember after a talk with Youngblood (who was around her house at the time) was convinced to use him to take over the world.

Ah also throughtout the fic Ember will have flashbacks of her time as a human so we can all expect appearances from her parents and older sister Jan.

And after a few days Ember easily has Danny's trust and got him to believe that she is his girlfriend.

The hero eventually starts rubbing off on Ember and ultimately has her feeling guilty for not just the lies but actually twisting his personality.

From there our hero slowly begins to despise the human race and even hates his own family.

Ah here's the thing through Ember's lies he believes his family disown him and tried to kill him.

And you see the necktie Ember is wearing in the cover? Well on their first date Danny gave her that tie as a gift.

Meanwhile Valerie who was a witness of the explosion believes that Danny is still alive and she has Vlad Masters aiding her in the search.

When they finally find him Danny, he, Ember and Youngblood are terrorizing a random city in USA.

... as Pirates, you see during the story Danny and Youngblood become friends kinda like Danny and Tucker were except the 10 year old likes to take the "annoying" thing up to a whole new level.

Anyway where was I?

Ah yes, when Vlad finds Danny the first thing he tries is to snap him out of the reality he has dig himself him but sadly it doesnt help that Valerie tries to kill Phantom believing he has Danny trapped somehere.

In the end Danny breaks down after finally being told the truth.. well he isnt told exactly... just the fact that he knows Vlad and Valerie from somewhewere open his mind to so many memories.

And when he remembers the Nasty Burger explosion... well things dont go over so well.

And by that I mean that Danny tries to fight Ember off for all the things she has put him throught, the lies... the explosion... all the emotions that he thought were real.

It was the straw that broke the camel's back.

But in the end he couldnt kill her... he had the opportunity but wasting her wasn't gonna solve anything and he just left her beaten up.

But not before taking the necktie from her neck, to them it represented their time together... the trust he had for her, but when the world Danny has gotten used to was crushed into nothing but little pieces.

Well the tie no longer meant squat to him, and he burned it because Ember was one of his enemies and has played him for a fool.

It was anti-climatic for him.

After that, everything was kinda angsty for both teenagers... Danny had to move in with Vlad... since he was the only one who could understand the hell he was going through.

The older half-ghost treated Danny with a great deal of sympathy and held a great GREAT amount of hatred towards Ember for playing him like a puppet.

Danny felt disgusted about himself... and blamed everything on his ghost half.

Meanwhile, Ember just feels like she was a waste of space... actually starting to believe all those horrible things her father had told her when she was alive.

The only one who was there to confort her was Youngblood... which is rather ironic considering he was also to blame.

In the end, her self steem and confidence suffered greatly...

She even tries to talk to Danny a few times with disastrous results.

After a while Danny begged Vlad to "make the pain go away."

And we all know what THAT meant.

The removal of his ghost half.

Which sadly Vlad agreed to do.

Meanwhile Youngblood in a moment of rage tried to snap Ember out of her funk and gets her into the Masters house hold... somehow.

And when she sees what Danny attempted to do... well it broke what little hope she had of ever having him as a friend again.

Things got into an "unexpected" situation when Dark Danny came into existance.

And no he did not kill Danny... like I said I'm making this SLIGHTHLY AU.

The mansion is blown up but everyone survived.

In a moment of heroism Ember gets the new deranged Phantom into the thermos at her expense of her own freedom since she got locked with him as well.

Danny having no recollection of what transpired but only glimpses of Ember and Vlad saving him from... something (Dark Danny)... he refused to believe Ember actually did something FOR him.

But when he found out she willingly was in the Thermos he decided to give her a second chance.

And it meant a lot to her.

Well that is pretty much all I'm saying since I do NOT want to tell ya any more information... I mean if I did then you wouldn't be reading the rest of the story... right?

Heheheheheheheheheh.

Ah silly me I forgot to tell ya the reason behind Ember's new look. (See pic of this story for reference.)

While Ember tries to get back on Danny's good graces she gets a new look which represents her transformation from a villain to an Anti-Hero and ultimately as Danny's REAL girlfriend.

So instead of having a ponytail she now her flaming blue hair down to have her a more of a "normal" teenager.

It was my liking for the Matrix movies that got me to have the rock diva wear a trench coat similar to Trinity's... plus I still wanted her to have a bit of a Goth look since to me she was the only real Goth in the show.

Ember still wears her trademark black pants but the boots are a look alike from the ones that Johnny C wears in the .""Johnny The Homicidal Maniac"." comics by Jhonen Vasquez.

The dark green thank top well the color green is standard in the DP world so why not have her wearing something green?

Yes, she also has the same Headband her future self wore in "TUE" What can I say? I like it when she wore it... plus that is suppose to say "Im no longer into the whole I wanna be a pop start but still enjoy music all the same"

But the guitar is suppose to mean that even though she is now "good" she is still a firecracker.

Some of you would be pissed that she is no longer a pop star but it needs to be done for character development.

She is a bit older here and has a more mature view of the world... she finds out that there is more to life that her own pleasures and tries to hold onto that idea.

The green tie on the drawing? Well its suppose to represent that everything its forgiven and Danny trusts Ember again.

But I couldn't decide wether to have her getting a new tie or to simply have Danny forgiving Ember not trusting her enough to be a part of his life.

Yes I'm Evil and proud of it.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Here are the people Ember has to deal with throught my "Ghostly Emotions" story and the relationships she would've had with them:

DANNY FENTON/PHANTOM:

The boy that she gets under her roof and has him eating out of the palm of her hand... at first Ember held nothing but resenment and loathing towards him, for all those times he beat her, but as time goes on she gets so fond of him to the point that when he tried to "return the love" she actually develops a crush on him.

So ultimately when she plan backfires horribly she desperately wants his forgiveness.

Will she get it? The answer? Yes and no.

CAPTAIN YOUNGBLOOD:

He is the one that completes the trio and the only friend Ember has after things with Danny went downhill.

During the story he actually manipulated her into the idea of having Danny as their slave, something that worked in their favor at first.

Throught the course of the fic he plays a bunch of pranks on her simply because he's nothing but a child but despite his young age he knows when he goes to far, he can be serious when he wants to be as noted when he tries to snap Ember out of her misery.

He is the only one of the trio who has not gotten a new outfit, since he changes from a Pirate to a Cowboy to an Astronaut so contantly that there is no need to give him a new look.

VLAD MASTERS/PLASMIUS:

The only person that is betwen her and Danny... she fears the man since he will make it clear that if she tries anything funny he won't hesitate to take action wether by using his ghost powers or by weapons.

Ultimately he warms up to her enough to actually be kind to her... for Danny's sake anyway... you see I just dont think that Vlad will truly trust Ember... in his eyes she is a "must keep under watch at all times kinda girl" so he only allows her presence in his castle because his nephew wants her around.

Yeah, Vlad would have eventually come to terms with the fact that Danny would never see him as a father but maybe as family and that would have been enough for the billionaire.

VALERIE GRAY:

They are more rivals than enemies really, Valerie doesn't trust Ember in the least going as far asking Mr Masters for a time part job in Wisconsin to ensure Danny's safety.

Something he instantly agreed to.

They both would've competed for Danny's affection.

DARK DANNY:

Only Ember and Vlad saw this evil version of Danny.

When he was trapoped in the Fenton Thermos, he was later split in half putting both Phantom and Plasmius in their respective human bodies.

Ember constantly has nightmares about him and she swears that every time she sees Danny angry... HE appears.

She even gets a bit paranoid that he will return if Danny gets very VERY upset.

The only thing both Vlad and her agree about is that they will never tell Danny about what they saw.

DANI PHANTOM:

Yes, the clone will appear on the fic, she will be one of the villains of the story, since one of the rules of the show is that at least one Half-Ghost HAS to be evil, and now that Vlad is taking the role of Danny's father figure, its obvious that Danielle has to take up Vlad's role as Danny's arch enemy.

Specially since she resents "her cousin" for taking her dad from her and wants to kill Danny to have her father by her side.

Sarcastically: Anyone thinks this sounds somewhat familiar?

Danielle wouldn't had interact much with Ember but in the clone's mind anyone who is involved with Danny is a good target that can be dispossed off.

So Ember and Danielle would see each other as bitter enemies.

JANE McLAIN:

Ember's Mom who she believed to be death... ultimately she would have been revealed to be alive and under the impresion that Ember was dead and they would have reunited, she would have easily accepted that her daughter is a ghost

PETER McLAIN:

Ember's Father and a man she fears greatly, it was because of him that she got such a hard life as a human and she is clastophobic become of his constant abuse.

THE CONSCIENCE:

Ember's conscience that contantly "appears" in the story.. guiding out favorite ghost diva throught the right path.

... She is usually ignored and hold a dark secret.

That secret would have been that it was her sister January getting in contact with Ember from purgatory.

SPECTRA:

She would see Ember as meal and there were plans for Danny to save her from Spectra as a "baby step" to give Ember a second chance.

THE FRIGHT KNIGHT AND SKULKER:

Since Vlad doesn't trust Ember for most of the fic, they would be hired by Vlad to keep an eye on her and they do not get along.

WOW THAT WAS FREAKING LONG!

Well I also had to point out that Ember would be "lost" after Danny found out he was her pawn and would have to find her way, basically the story would have turned from a revenge tale to a story about redemption.

That being said, I don't think I'll ever come back to this but if any of you has any questions or want to give it a go, send me a PM, I will gladly "pass the torch" if one or several of you want to either do a continuation or a "reboot."
