I'm still here, guys! My muse has just abandoned me for a while. Actually, that's not true. My muse gave me a bunch of other ideas that I'm up running with and this fic has gone on the back burner (hangs head in embarrassment). But I will get back to writing this story eventually. I promise.

To my readers: I'm not hurt if you offer suggestions. If you have a book you really want to see, send the idea my way. I do not have the list finalized, even if it may sound like it. My only restrictions are that I have to have read the book or have a pretty good knowledge of it, because I want the chapters to accurately reflect the story, and the books have to conceivably be on a Grade8/9 reading list (so something like War and Peace is out). I also can't afford the time to do every book you mention. But go ahead and make suggestions. I've already had a few that I'm using later on. Just don't be offended if I don't include your pick.

That's pretty much all I wanted to say. I'm writing other stuff at the moment, am not inspired to keep going with this story, but will someday, and you're more than welcome to offer suggestions. Oh, and if anyone can think of a way to make 1984 funny, you might get the next chapter sooner…
