A/N: This started out as something entirely different, but it became what you see now, so...I don't know what happened to it, but please feel free to let me know what you think of it! As for the Roman Numerals, I don't usually use them, but when I remembered, all by myself, how to write "4" (I know, it's sad), I couldn't resist. I've always had trouble w/Roman Numerals...

i.

When Sirius Black was two years old, he received a coloring book from his grandma.

He carefully examined the black and white picture of a Flobberworm.

He then grabbed his crayon box and dumped it out on the floor in front of him.

Sirius Black used every single color in his crayon box to color in the Flobberworm, including Giggling Grape and Forget-Me-Not.

The Flobberworm was a baffling rainbow.

ii.

When Peter Pettigrew was two years old, his mother gave him a coloring book.

He carefully considered the black and white picture of a Flobberworm.

He looked at his crayon box, uncertain.

Peter Pettigrew was scared that if he put crayon to page he would ruin the already perfect picture with its neat lines and blank spaces.

The Flobberworm remained forever black and white.

iii.

When James Potter was two years old, his dad gave him a coloring book.

He carefully considered the black and white picture of a Flobberworm.

He abandoned his crayon box and got a quill instead.

James Potter didn't like Flobberworms, so he liberally scratched it out and drew a Kneazle instead, and colored that.

The Flobberworm was rendered unrecognizable.

iv.

When Remus Lupin was two years old, his grandpa gave him a coloring book.

He carefully considered the black and white picture of a Flobberworm.

He searched diligently through his crayon box.

Remus Lupin couldn't find the color that a Flobberworm ought to be in his crayon box, so he searched through his entire house until he found it, and used that to color with.

The Flobberworm looked like a Flobberworm.
