Author's Notes: I wrote this for my friend Nicole (cameragirl) who had to sit through the boring science fair. Also, this was inspired by a poster I saw at a different science fair when I was aimlessly wandering the halls of Cheltenham because I was lost.

"You know, I was doing some thinking," Mark mused as he lay stretched across the metal table in the middle of the loft, "and technically we've had sex."

"What?" the guitar playing ceased and Roger, who had been lying on the couch strumming, sat up abruptly. "If we were drunk and I can't remember it, it doesn't count."

Mark laughed. "No, that's not what I meant. When I was in Anatomy and Physiology freshman year of college, my teacher told us that when you have sex with someone, you have sex with everyone they've had sex with."

"And we've both fucked Maureen," Roger said. "Me in high school and that one time when I was high. And you two dated… and were very vocal about it." He grinned at the blushing filmmaker. "Wow, if you really think about it, Maureen fucked half the city when you two were dating."

"I know," he replied. "It makes me feel like such a slut."

Roger laughed. "We should make it official sometime. You know, if we ever get that bored."

Mark looked over at him and smirked. "Yeah, okay Rog."

And awkward silence filled the loft. Occasionally one of them would yawn and Roger would make a noise when he rolled over, but no talking ensued. Mark felt bad for bringing up such an awkward topic to cause the silence. He couldn't think of anything to say but 'I'm bored', so he did.

"Me too," Roger replied sitting up. He ran his fingers through his out grown hair, reminding Mark of when Roger would do that years ago, call himself Fabio, and mock a French accent (that sounded British). "I think I'm going to take a shower," he stood up, shedding his shirt on the way to the bathroom. "Less boring than just lying around."

Mark closed his eyes. Sleeping wasn't as boring as laying on a table staring at the ceiling. After a few minutes, he opened his eyes. He realized that he could hear the water running, but he hadn't heard Roger shut the door. Looking up, he saw that Roger had left the door open. Mark tapped his fingers on the metal table, mulling over the situation. Hopping up, he decided that he was that bored.
