Tea was very nervous as she walked into the bright lights of B's studio. She nervously tugged on her skirt while Mavis applied last minute touches to her makeup.
"Tea, come here." B strutted into the room and took up his position in front of the camera tripod.
Tea walked robotically over to him, trying not to trip over her own two feet. "Yes B?"
Ben looked at her with concern, "Are you okay?"
Tea's throat was very dry and she felt like she had cotton mouth. "A little bit," she admitted.
Ben smiled and told her to relax and that she looked wonderful. That part was true. The first outfit Tea was in was a flowy blue skirt and yellow top. It was very pretty but all business at the same time.
Seto was in the corner trying to calm Mokuba down. "Yes Mokuba, I have Tea's duel disk right here." Seto popped open a metal container to reveal the shiny new duel disk he produced specifically for this new tournament. It was highly specialized and even more sensitive to each duelist than its predecessors. Seto and Mokuba walked over to Tea.
"Give me your dueling arm Gardner," commanded Seto.
Tea held out her bare right arm and shivered when Seto grabbed it and pulled it toward him even more. "Here," he rested the duel disk on her arm and hit a button on the side of it and it came to life. Three padded metal straps appeared and wound themselves around Tea's arm. They clicked into place and the duel disk was ready for action. Tea was surprised how light it was.
"Are we ready to begin?" B smiled and hunkered down by his camera. Tea walked back into the bright lights, ready for B's direction.
"Go ahead and pose with the duel disk flush in front of you and a serious expression," said B.
Tea did as she was told and she heard the clicking of the shutter going. B took a couple more photos of her with different poses and outfits before calling for Seto.
"Okay Seto, these are great but I think we should get a few with the both of you. You're the CEO. People will expect to see you too."
Seto was taken aback. "NO, I don't think that's necessary."
Mokuba burst in, "It makes PERFECT sense big brother! You ARE Kaiba Corp. after all. I think it would be stupid if you weren't in the pictures. C'mon! Are you scared of taking pictures with a pretty girl like Tea?"
Tea blushed and Mokuba smirked. Seto was going to make his little brother pay for this later. "Alright, Mokuba. I'll do this for you."
Ruby appeared and dragged Tea behind the changing curtain for her last outfit and Mavis was suddenly in Seto's face trying to apply some makeup. Seto growled and Mavis scurried away before he could get very far.
Tea reappeared from behind the curtain wearing a long blue and silver trench coat with more feminine details then what Seto was used to seeing. It fit her in all the right places, and the skirt and thigh highs she wore underneath it with a form fitting shirt was provoking Seto's mind to wonder to places he preferred it didn't. The tall silver boots she put on made an echoing noise throughout the studio as she walked back into the light.
"Whoa Tea. Work it girl!" said B excitedly. "I might have to save these pictures for later!" He winked at her and Seto thought he might be sick.
B then went through positioning Seto and Tea. "Okay Seto, stand behind Tea while she poses with the duel disk. Wonderful!" He continued to click away and then went to grab a chair from the corner of the room. "Okay, now Seto can you sit in the chair while Tea leans against it?"
Seto sat in the chair and Tea moved to lean against it but she ended up slipping and landed in Seto's lap.
"Yikes!" Tea exclaimed as she jumped up. "What was that hard thing?"
"That's what she said," B laughed.
Seto reached into his pants. "My cellphone Gardner!"
"Sureā¦" B shook his head, still laughing.
Okay, that's all for now. What did you think? This has been my first attempt at picking things up in over 9 years. I can't believe that much time has passed. If you guys like the direction it's going in I will continue. Constructive criticism and encouragement is always appreciated. Also, as far as the tournament goes, I could really use some ideas as far as how to write the duel scenes. What cards would you like to see Tea use? Do you want very descriptive duel scenes or barely there? Thanks!
