See, it's what you get when I'm stuck on my hometown with no activities, no computer, no decent TV channels, and no reading materials. It sucks, I know, that's why I rarely write fics. But anyway, this drabble was inspired by a scene in Focus and by Greg Herren's Bourbon Street Blues where the hero's pet name from his older brother is My Queen . The title itself, of course, came from Westlife's The Queen of My Heart.
Words in ( ) should be striked, but since FFN wouldn't allow it, it's become like that.
Title : The (Queen) Prince of My Heart
Genre : general, romance
Rating : PG-13
Status : Unbetaed
He'd stolen your attention the first time he stood on Seigaku tennis court. A short, skinny little boy with piercing golden eyes and cocky attitude. And when you saw his ability, you knew that, indeed, a (brat) prince of tennis has appeared on your court.
Then you learned that his ultimate goal in tennis was to beat his own father. You resented him for it, and so you challenged him. And you won more than a game from him. "Become a pillar of Seigaku, Echizen." With those words, you gave him a new (obsession) goal, and in your court, you'd named him as your chosen heir.
His fangirls have always been calling him Ryoma-sama as a form of teenage adoration. His conquest over you and your acknowledgment of him as he inherited your throne still wouldn't earn him that devotional utterance from you. But whenever he order you imperiously to, "Kiss me, now!", you'll reply softly, "Yes," and reverently, "Ryoma-sama." Because now, he's undoubtedly (exclusively) your royal prince and he reigns supremely in his kingdom that is your heart.
