A searing, sand-choked gust of wind blasted through the Hidden Village of sand, Upsetting and ruffling the Townspeople's cloths as they walked down the dusty streets. The Long flowing dress-like garment worn by a young Red-haired male also was tossed around harshly in the wind.

Perched on top of a roof, the young boy looked down onto the busy streets below him, Observing. He seemed to be in deep thought about something, one couldn't even begin to imagine what a being with such troubled eyes as him could pondering about. He shifted position for a moment, then slowly reached his hand up to his face to uselessly tuck a lock of hair behind his ear, only for it to just be helplessly waved around again by the wind. They boy, though, Didn't seem to notice - everyone and everything here was more than used to sand, wind and heat -- Especially the Kazekage.

The Kazekage's Raccoon-Like Eye's Continued searching though the crowds below him. Suddenly, He spots something that makes him exhilarated with excitement -- A Strange Looking Shinobi from the Leaf. standing there, lost in the muddle of swirling sand-filled winds and strangers that he will never meet. His Black silken hair being tossed around beautifully in all its bowl-cut glory, and his face had a mangled, rather confused, lost expression.

Gaara had to lock his gaze on the green-clad boy, smiling as he took in the scene with a touch of nostalgia. It had been almost three years since the day Gaara became Kazekage. He had never gotten more attention, from the Sand's Villagers, or anyone for that matter, than on initiation ceremony, and it pained him to think about it. to think about how they all probably still think he is still a monster, a monster who had to...

kill to exist.

And that is what make's his heart hurt most of all. Knowing that everything that he has been through -- and everything that he has put others through, has gone to waste, because, everyone still thinks he is the same monster that he was, and is ashamed of being. But Gaara doesn't Concern himself with matters like that anymore, because, he knows, no matter what they think of him, He is not, alone, and he has a Reason to Exist.

And he can Smile that smile that is not a savage beastly smile, but, a kind one. A smile that he can show because he has someone to show it to, someone who is not going to betray him, and give him false caring and love that he puts his trust into, only for it to all end with too high of a expense.

But, Even if this person was just whispering into his ear cruel dreams that would never come true, he wouldn't mind, because, in his tired and abused eyes, its worth every single bit of suffering imaginable. He would gladly throw away everything and become a emotionless pale existence once again, just to be able to gaze over and see Lee just one last time.

after all, a Dream that comes true, Isn't a real dream at all.
